We had a suite with a kitchen; good option for those with dietary restrictions in a place like Kitimat. Room was clean and well laid out. Gym was fine with a good range of equipment. Parking easy. Lobby evening soup out one night and coffee and tea always available which was appreciated.
Breakfast was disappointing. Waffle irons were not operational, fruit was minimal, cereals were 3 horrible choices. Eggs were flat breakfast sandwich style. No yogurt. Cook's choice item was good.

Booking.com helped to update my room to a room with Kitchenette. I was not offered this on the first day
The staff mentioned that Booking.com will no send any details of the booking (For Eg:- with Kitchenette etc..), which I didn't believe. So I contacted the customer care for Booking.com and they contacted the hotel and I got the room upgraded.

Breakfast was very good, clean with variety. Given the more deep fried type bar food restaurants in town, we used the Hotel BBQ almost every night, not to mention hotel plates. The small store inside the hotel could sell last minute BBQ items, but the grocery store was easy and close by.
Not much! Maybe outdoor seating or a structure to eat or relax and have a drink under. (Of course, during our stay we had perfect weather. Sunny with temperatures in the 20's every day.

Location was close to town. Power failure city wide. Handled well.
Did not get room I booked. Wanted one with a couch but it didn’t have it. They worked hard on breakfast but I didn’t enjoy it.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite and the hot breakfast was a great bonus. We enjoyed the uncomplicated stay with our dog. Rooms are new and modern. 100% recommended!

The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and attentive. The air-conditioned room is warm. I'm gonna stay here again.

Clean. Bright. Nice, very well outfitted rooms. Spacious. Would be a great place for an extended stay for sure. So much storage and such. Window ledge has a cushion, acts as a nice seat. Kitchen area was nice. Fridge was a decent size. Having a microwave is nice. Bathroom is nice and bright. Average size. Bed was very comfortable. Clean.
Window view onto a hillside with just basic shrubbery was meh. Air conditioner had trouble cooling room. Came in it was 23, put on high fan cool and set it to 20, came back 2-3 hours later and it had only gone down to 22.6… in the cool evening where it was only about 18 outside.
