1. The location was great 2. The staff was very courteous. Right from check-in they ensured the stay is as comfortable as possible, all our needs are well taken care of and all questions responded promptly. 3. They did provide basic amenities for the driver as well - which was not communicated to them in advance. 4. The breakfast was simple with limited options but was made available right on time and was very tasty. 5. While it may be a small thing, they did accommodated basic tea/coffee for the driver as well and adjusted in the bill. 6. Check-in/check-out seamlessly done without any issues. 7. Rooms as as shown in the website and what we saw is what we got! Overall very happy with the stay at this porperty!

It is well located. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Rani Ki Vav is only a short drive away.

They changed our comforter and towels after we pointed out that they were not clean enough. The comforter was still not upto the mark. (They gave us a clean sheet to use under the comforter.)

Very helpful and attentive staff. Full marks to them. The rooms are quite big and well maintained. Rooms have all facitities available in them. The rooftop restaurant serves some very good vegetarian multi cuisine food.

Parking was open air. The restaurant on Vegetarian only. The breakfast should have had more items. Sunday was only Fafda & Jalebi and no wet items.

Very very neat and clean Washrooms. Overall Cleanliness and facilities in the rooms. Quality equipment in the rooms. Friendly and courteous staff. In house Restaurant is available. Food quality and taste is very good.

Nothing to not like

The stuff was very nice, speaking decent English. There was a bottle of water in the room. Hot water with great pressure. Clean, no odors, no mosquitoes. Good breakfast at the rooftop. Outside of the hustle of the city but by the main road so while not loud it's also not quiet.

Really not much to dislike. My biggest issue was that I got a room in the first half of the corridor which is directly underneath the terrace. You can hear the chairs sliding. Especially annoying around 11pm when it closes and all the chairs are collected to a few piles. No problem if you don't go sleep before that time. Also the other guests will be coming to their rooms and possibly talking loudly. Overall, not a big problem in general, unless you really need quiet early. Not very close to the city center nor to Rani Ki Vav. But I knew that before booking taking a full account of that.

It was very clean and quiet. Easy journey into to town and to local attractions. The staff were very polite and customer-focused. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. The restaurant is serves a varied menu and the food is excellent.

The staff were outstanding and very very helpful. They helped organise transport both to the stepwell and Sidaphur. Both great trips. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Quite convenient to access being on the highway. Is in a huge compound. Lot of parking space. Good restaurants. Spacious & clean room. Courteous staff

Almost everything was OK. Food other than Indian was questionable. We tried Chinese

Its off a busy road but the traffic was not busy at night so we slept well. The food was good and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were so so.
