This the second time my wife and I and our 2 young children have stayed here and the manager and staff are seriously the friendliest people ever! I have not come across one staff member that isn’t super friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere of the resort hotel is really great. They have an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna with a nice lounging area. The resort hotel is lakeside so you can see the beautiful Norfork Lake from a lot of the rooms and from the hot tub. The prices are so reasonable and you also get a pretty decent free continental breakfast. But most of all the manger is just a great person and it reflects on all the staff there too because they are all just so great. Every time we come to the area we will be staying here. It’s our little piece of heaven.

I have no complaints

It’s a very spacious place with a sauna hot tub and a pool Located right across the lake the view is pleasant and one can sit outside where a little area invites guests to sit at tables and enjoy looking at the lake

The indoor pool was too cold Saturday was “party day” 2 groups from 2 pm until late had reserved the area underneath my room and it rather noisy!

The best park about the property is the indoor pool and hot tub. We took a spring break trip and we picked Lake Norfork Resort specifically because of the pool. Another plus is that pets are allowed, so I was able to bring my puppy. We only had to walk a short distance to a grass area to potty.

One of the days the pool and hot tub were out of order for extra cleaning. Understandable, just wish we had been told about this ahead of time or wish that could have been done during the hours that the pool is closed anyways.

Absolutely beautiful lake views of Lake Norfolk and sunsets :-) . Also, a nice continental breakfast and we loved the location across from the Marina where we rented a boat. It was was awesome :-).

The only problem we had was that the room was very damp and the floor a bit slippery because of that. Otherwise, we loved it.

Staff have always been helpful and friendly; we have stayed here many times before we bought enough land to host family. Sometimes we have overflow and this is close, not too expensive, clean, safe and the staff are great. We sometimes come in the winter to stay a few days to let the great grandchildren swim.

Need more rooms (LOL). They fill up quickly on holiday weekends. We try not to travel at the holidays but a weather disaster took us there.

Spa and lake views on veranda. Spa in room did not have lake views and they don't have Spa in a room with lake views and ADA rooms don't have spas. No elevator, Spa rooms on 4th floor , 1-2 flights of stairs depending on where you park. Fabulous Restaurant; although, is only open Thursday-Sunday! Pool was a chilly cool down when UV rays on lake drive you indoors. Other days eat continental bkfst Made to order omelets. I would have driven from MH for the last 20 years to eat here for a variety of reasons. New Owners, staff was accommodating.

Spa room without a view and no elevator

Comfy beds, great views of the lake and very friendly, helpful staff. Brittany and Dori are great. The big indoor pool is a huge plus for the Arkansas mountains, where it's hot during the summer and cold during the winter.

The location way out in the woods won't be for everyone. It was perfect for me, but if you want your vacation to involve NFL games and Taylor Swift concerts, this probably isn't the ideal spot for you.

Location

Nowhere to hang clothes, no closets. No luggage stands so we had to use the table. The beds weren’t made daily. Our “pool view” room was actually under the stairs at the farthest point from the pool. Toiletries provided were pretty low quality.

location, view, pool and jacuzzi and most of all service! we were moving from Vegas to Nashville! this place was our last stay! service was amazing! owner is very attentive as well as the receptionist (hands up for the morning shift)! we would definitely going there and we would also come back for a summer vacation! we wish you guys best of lucky with the new administration!

we liked everything. well I guess breakfast during the week could be a little better but they didn’t have many guest that time so it’s understandable. still very close drive (10 min) to many places you can eat!
