- Delicious breakfast. Buffet style with eggs, bacon, breads, fruits, cold cuts, yogurt, several cakes, pastries, Brazilian cheese bread plus several items available ‘made to order’ such as tapioca and fresh juices. - very courteous, efficient, and well-trained staff. From wait to front desk and room/cleaning staff: service was implacable. - live music by the pool on Saturday afternoon was very pleasant and such a treat. - 24hr dry sauna by the pool - beautiful views (and sunsets) - beach is quiet (for Brazilian standard) - full wait service at pool and beach - our room was cleaned and ‘prepped’ for us multiple times a day. - beautiful infinity pool

- No gym - mosquitos everywhere not only here but everywhere on the island (not their fault, they actually had mosquito repellent in form of lotion and outlet plug-in available in the room) - they charge you for used expresso pods that are available in the room (never seen that before) - beach sand is darker than other areas of Island

amazing location, beautiful views. super staff. loved that the water was in a box and not in plastic. very clean, comfortable. loved everything.

the sandflies/midgets. there was no escaping. repellent provided was not strong enough or kept being effective long enough, I got bitten badly with bad reaction. that made my stay uncomfortable, I couldnt enjoy the outdoors. the doors were super hard to lock, my partner got his fingers trapped ended up bleeding. There was mold inside the curtains, which is very unhealthy

I can't really fault it, from the extremely friendly and excellent staff service to the facilities, location and food. An execellent beach gateway for two, superb stylish confortable sitting lounge, beach front a few steps from your room and a superb heated infinity pool next to a spacious lovely sauna. All of which is sorrounded by the refreshing preserved Atlantic forest of the island. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.

If I can point out one single small thing they lacked, I would have to say option of hot drinks, such as tea and coffee variables. Though they went out of their way to make me a cappuccinos whenever I asked. Perhaps a premium hot drinks machine near the lounge would make rainy days such as the ones we just had, even more enjoyable.

Absolutely everything here is perfect. From the moment you arrive the service and the facilities are exceptional. Location couldn't be more beautiful and the grounds are impeccable. The restaurant food is absolutely first class and each dining experience was fantastic. I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was! Huge thank you to the staff that made our stay even more special.

Food is absolutely amazing, there was no need to eat outside de hotel, with different breakfast options everyday. Each room has a different design. All the decor in the hotel is of very good taste and feels like (a very rich and pretty) home.

Nothing we didn’t like!

The breakfast and the lunch and dinner menu are good. It has rained for our whole stay and we were happy to find out the food was good. The staff is great. The pousada is right in front of the beach.

Never had experienced anything like TW Guaimbe Exclusive Suites. Such a fantastic place, or as I prefer "Paradise".

Maybe include teeth brushes in the hygiene kit.

It was beautiful and extremely comfortable. It was the perfect post wedding days/start to our honeymoon.

The shower in our first room broke and required a screw driver to turn on and off.
