Our best stay in all of Puglia! We travelled across Puglia for two weeks, and this was by far the best accommodation of our entire trip. The hosts are truly exceptional – warm, welcoming, and incredibly talented. They prepare amazing cocktails and top-quality food, so I highly recommend joining the dinner at the estate – it's an unforgettable experience. The property itself is magical. The pool and tennis court are fantastic – you honestly don’t need anything more. It’s also great that dogs are welcome on the estate, which we really appreciated. Electric car charging is available as well – a big plus! A huge thank you to the hosts for such an outstanding experience.

This place is extraordinary. The care, attention and thought that has gone in to creating this eight bedroomed boutique accommodation is well worth the experience. Set amid the olive groves and old settlements just outside Trepuzzi, the property is less than half an hour from Lecce. It has an amazing artwork, very comfortable and large beds, and beautiful fittings. There is a very attractive outdoor swimming pool which we didn't use, as well as a floodlit tennis court. The hosts are extremely welcoming and were very keen to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. If you are looking for quiet, relaxing and luxurious accommodation within easy reach of Lecce, this is the place to stay.

Nothing we didn't like. It's perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay

The property was beautiful. But the hosts are what make the property special. They really care about your experience. And they go above and beyond to ensure your taken care of and receive the best adventure. The pool is heavenly. The rooms are perfect. Overall each space is perfect. You cannot go wrong. The breakfast is exceptional. A mix of fruit. Meats cheeses. Breads. Jams. And eggs or yogurt’s if you’d like. I will be back. This was the highlight of my time in Italy.

No problems

Everything between hello to farewell exceeded our expectations. The quality and high-level of construction /development, incredibly tranquil/ scenic location and friendly/gracious hosts made this stay one of the best in our many trips to Italy. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. I would suggest 4-5 nights minimum. Breakfasts were amazing and do NOT pass on the opportunity to dine at the masseria one evening for an unforgettable experience. Thank you Nick and Anja for having us and it was a great pleasure meeting you! You certainly have the right recipe there for success!

Staying here was undoubtedly the right decision. The villa's setting is stunning, the renovations are superb, the pool is exceptional, and the owners are outstanding. You will find yourself, just minutes from beautiful Lecce, in this wonderful accommodation. Take advantage of the dinner offer—it's a very nice experience with cocktails served on their terrace.

While some may be bothered by the absence of a fridge in the room, there is an owners' fridge available for use.

Perfect place to end our holiday! We loved everything about the place, elegant, clean and quiet. We looked for an accomodation with the “slow living” feeling and it was more than we expected. Anja and Nick are the heart and soul of this piece of heaven, they made us feel like we are family, we enjoyed every story with them, glass of wine and Anja’s perfect dishes. A place to come back for sure!

Breakfast was excellent with assortment of breads meats cheese and eggs cooked to order. We were there over the Easter weekend and our great hosts Anja and Nick cooked dinner for us on Friday and Easter evening. Everything was closed on Easter so being invited to have dinner with them was greatly appreciated.

There was nothing to dislike.

Nick & Anja are fantastic hosts - the location is the Italian countryside dream getaway that you might dream of after having seen call me by your name. Very spacious rooms and Anja is an amazing cook. What's really fun is that they are able to create a very intimate atmosphere between all the other guests.

Not much not to like to be honest. The price felt a little high compared to what you could get for similar prices in the vicinity - but Nick & Anja made up for that + you could argue that the sunset with an amazing bottle of wine from their property is priceless...

SA Suites is nestled in Trapuzzi amongst the greenery of trees and plantation as if you are on a magical forest but in fact you are just 20 mins from the centre of Lecce. After many many stays in Puglia, I can say SA Suites has been by far my most relaxing and memorable. The hosts, Nick and Anja have done a marvellous job at restoring this glorious villa. you will find a superb tennis court as well as a beautiful pool where the sound of the birds and the breeze keep you company.

Fantastic property with very beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Everything is beautifully decorated and clean. The pool is amazing with very nice sun beds.

There could be more variety and more local products at breakfast but this is only a minor point.
