The location of this property was excellent. Beautiful view over looking the water and super clean. The breakfast was delicious and included a large croissant that you were able to choose the filling and was ordered from a local bakery, small finger sandwiches, an assortment of cookies from Abruzzo and a selection of cereal. I want to give a special thank you to Cristina for taking such good care of us during the week we stayed there- she is an amazing person and always went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The owner Roberto has done a phenomenal job renovating this B&B and adding all the little touches to make it a great place to stay if your in Vasto

Roberto and Christina went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and passed on local information. The property has been restored to a very high standard in keeping with what you would expect from an Italian building; keeping many original and period features. Great location and sea views, exceptional!

Absolutely nothing!

The whole building has been beautifully and sympathetically restored using original pieces from the local area gving the generously sized rooms a warm and welcoming feel, Roberto the host added to the charm of the property.

Cannot fault the hotel in any way, the only disappointment is that we didn't book a long enough stay.

This accommodation is outstanding with mind-blowing sky high ceiling room and exceptional view of the bay. This historical building has been renovated with very high standards and love for details. The breakfast was very yummy, supplied by a local bakery shop, handmade cookies and delicious croissants. The host is very kind and fully committed to make the stay very pleasant, definitely recommended.

Stunning property with tremendous view. Inside was so spacious and beautiful. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It was so nice we added an additional night. Hated to leave.

It was perfect no complaints.

Beautiful views, exceptionally clean, and friendly staff. The rooms are decorated with legitimate antiques from the host’s family, including the closets, nightstands, desks, etc. It feels like you are truly in a small, rustic Italian house on the coast, back in the day.

Roberto and Christina…what an amazing team! I’ve never felt so welcomed and comfortable. Room was beautiful, location amazing, breakfast so nice…we will come back for sure!

The lovely Roberto, who was very helpful . The magnificent property and the view. Breakfast . We had a fridge.

Only that we couldn't make tea and coffee and we had to go and renew parking ticket at 8 am.

The location was perfect close to everything.

Just some more bottled water and some essentials for pressing clothes and access to snacks as given it’s location most shops close early.
