Like the cleanliness, customer service was excellent. Check-in and Check-out was painless. I stay here every time I come to Idabel. The staff is always friendly and professional. I did not have breakfast this time, but I have in the past and it was a pretty good breakfast.

I always have trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. You put in the code they give you, but it still does not work. The Wi-Fi is the only issue that I have had with this hotel.

Breakfast was good, beds comfortable, good location.

There was quite a bit of construction going on so it wasn't real clean in the high traffic areas but that's to be expected during a remodel. Hope it's finished when we go back. The bathroom floor was dirty and I asked housekeeping to mop it but it didn't get done.

Courtesy of the staff. Mr. Jack was very attentive to needs of guest. Ms. Melissa prepared a wonderful breakfast. Ms Heather was very nice and helpful.

A white housekeeper came in my room early in the morning and quickly left when she seen we were not downstairs eating breakfast. She said the door was not completely closed which was not true.

Breakfast was hot, clean area and stocked nicely.

My Nephew met me at the hotel, he went outside after I went to sleep and his key card didn't work on the door. He just slept in his truck 🤣 that was his own fault for being too shy to go to front desk or even try to call me to let him in. So there wasn't anything I didn't like, was only here one night.

I didn't have breakfast and the location is far from where I need to be but it's clean and that's all I can stay and the fact that it's clean is good enough for me

The clerks never ever greet you never smile never nice she check you in with few word's and that's it your prices over absolutely ridiculous more than some high end hotels in the city but like I said it's clean you never get just one bed it's always a double bed when it's just one person the kleenex box rusty under the bottom maybe 10 kleenex in the box like I said everything always look and smell clean and most hotels or motel that are a lot better or 12 to 14 miles away making that more of a inconvenient. I have nothing more to say about my experience.

The rooms were clean and cool when we arrived, even with a reservation made about 1.5 hours ahead of arrival. The staff was friendly.

The hallway was loud due to other guests moving (running) about.

Loved the staff they were very helpful; irst room had leaking toilet & we were moved in seconds to a new room. The breakfast was great, staff helped direct us to local activities, food, and shopping.

Hope the storm damage outside is fixed soon, and spa.

There wasn't anything I could think about. We were satisfied with all that was offered for our stay.

My sleeping room, the public areas, and the breakfast room were all very clean. The hallways could have used another vacuuming but in general, the decor is updated, is nicely painted, clean, well kept. Both the exterior and interior are welcoming.

It was 2nd week of October and has been exceedingly warm here, so disappointed the outdoor pool was already closed for the season.

Breakfast was great, location was good. Building needs maintenance now. Roof is in bad shape and the way it’s patched probably leaking. So they better get it replaced or loose investment.
