One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. It's in a very quiet neighborhood, it has everything you can hope for, with enough space and a big bathroom. Very comfy bed, lots of amenities, and a very responsible and attentive host. Definitely repeating if I find myself back in Fano

The place is just excellent ! The best for having a stay in Fano. The surrounding is quiet, green, and lovely to go for a walk. I simply loved it. The place is big, confortable beautifuly decorated, you have all you need, as well the coffee and sweets in the morning.. Then what to say about the host,...he is very professional, clear, friendly and all time helpful . I really recommend this place. I certainly will come back.

Great decor and extra items like books and graphic art to make you feel at home! Recently and well renovated. Modern equipment and plenty of room. Close to city with free parking.

Extraordinary high level for a B&B: the big room and bathroom are filled with every possible comfort and useful stuff, from a very well furbished mini bar (this is also how you can have your breakfast, with the cost that you decide) to a list of places to eat at, places to visit, a big TV, toiletries. The bed is big and comfortable, all materials of everything is of very high quality and great taste. Checking in and out is as easy and flexible as it could possibly be. Marco is a super helpful host, though we could only communicate via WhatsApp and not meet in person.

The fridge was stocked with water, juice, snacks were also available, wonderful, thank you. The location is very quiet. Street parking is always available.

Wifi didn't work after 11pm. We didn't know that before. But that wasn't a problem.
