The ambience of the property and upkeep is amazing.

I booked this property so that my daughter could enjoy the swimming pool in this heat, that is the only excitement for kids, but unfortunately the swimming pool, was not functional due to some defect. But later in the evening we got to know from other gusts that the hotel arranged swimming at another property. BUT no one told us about this option. I requested the hotel that they do not have the facilities up and running so they should not charge me for my child as 3rd guest or extra bed. But the property failed to show that gesture.

The property is just amazing! The room was so comfortable and staff was so nice and friendly. Ram especially made sure we were comfortable and customised our meals as per our taste. I was slightly unwell, he helped us with ginger concoction that helped a lot. He was also kind enough to get us to try local delicacies freshly cooked for us. The property in itself is so beautiful, the photos and reviews dont do enough justice to this place. We also met two fluffy friends there Toby and Bugsy, so amiable and well behaved. Overall the stay was great, definitely on our repeat list. I would say its a must visit experience atleast once. Food was amazing and so was hospitality including guards. Mohan ji took amazing pictures of ours. Its not a typical hotel experience but definitely worth a visit. Deepti received us with such warmth. The place is decorated so nicely I wouldn’t call it like other hotels. Its somewhat between home and a guest house where everyone makes you feel welcome and its all smiles wherever you go. Its close to the haveli and the fort. Even Karni mata temple is hardly 30 mins or so. Medical shop is also v close by. In fact, the water was also not served in plastic bottles which I loved.. it was refill on request and no limit, unlike usual hotels. I would definitely recommend this place.

This luxury hotel is a gem in Bikaner. The staff was friendly and professional, keen to help, nothing is too much for them. Everything was presented with a smile and beautiful gesture. We had the privilege to experience the royal treatment and being pampered while staying here. I rented a lehenga to take photos in this premise to capture these beautiful memories. The breakfast and meals here are generous and delicious. The rooftop infinity pool, steam room and gym are great to unwind and relax. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Bikaner.

The bed mattress and pillows are too soft for my liking.

We enjoyed our stay at the Narendra Bhawan. The food, the service, the staff, the property- all outstanding. Who would have thought I'd taste the best burger of my life in Bikaner, but Narendra Bhawan made that happen. Grateful to the staff and their hospitality throughout our stay. Special thanks to Chef Balveer, Servers Ram and Deepinder, and Manoj Rana and Mr. Amit for their hospitality. The property is well maintained, clean, like an oasis in a desert. The outdoor seating has a great vibe and good set-ups during the day and in the evenings. We were blessed with good weather, so the evenings were perfect to sit out, surrounded by gorgeous bougainvillea, the beautiful view of the fort like building and the wind in our face as we worked our laptops or engaged in discussion. To give you a sense of their carefully curated aesthetics, every corner is Instagram worthy. We would recommend trying their local dishes featured in the breakfast buffet- the kachori chaat and the bhel in addition to the regular buffet set-up.

Would be good to know in advance that the pool was under maintenance. The site did not have that information.

The hotel is a heritage property, so it's more about ambience & service than mod-cons. For example, though the interiors are kept very dark, it's fun to wander around and explore the contents of the display cases and the decor elements. Service is very good, to the standard of most Indian five-star hotels. The 2 resident golden retrievers are fabulous.

Stained floor tiles in our room and a leaky shower stall that soaked the bath mat Over-zealous reception staff who kept calling to offer taxi and tour options when we were asleep.

Beautifully decorated property - very Bombay Art Deco. Lovely room; comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Great rooftop pool area. Best breakfasts we had in India - the chefs were so keen to get us to try new and delicious offerings. Lovely dinner outside - expensive but delicious food, attentive service so worth it. Lovely staff - management belatedly resolved an issue well. This is an excellent hotel - trumpet welcome included lol.

Our only gripe was we had Room 224, right beside the service staircase, so it was noisy all night from the hard-working staff in the basement. So noisy my wife complained and had us moved at midnight. This should have been dealt with by the management when raised the previous day. To be fair, they did give us another room and refunded one night, so belatedly handled the situation well. Also the spa massages are stupidly over-priced. Such a shame because I would like to have given this hotel 10/10

Narendra Bhawan exceeded our expectations in each and every aspect - be it the beautiful ambience of the hotel and the luxurious and plush overall feel of the rooms and the entire hotel , the very polite and helpful staff or the excellent food - we were truly impressed by all of them. The hotel is a little gem of a place with carefully selected artefacts placed all around the hotel and tastefully done up rooms. The highlight was the food - be it traditional Indian or Italian or Pan-Asian, we loved everything. And what to say of the breakfast spread! Everything was tasty and scrumptious - the croissants and the breads, the various chaats, the fresh fruits, the tasty south indian fare, delicious coffee and kanji! we loved everything about this place. Tried to find a fault in some aspect, any aspect, but we couldn't! I should say well done to the hotel management and staff!

We checked in late at 5pm and still our rooms weren't ready even though their check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 12pm!! we had traveled by road for almost 5h coming from Jaisalmer and were truly looking forward to resting in our rooms but the fact that we had to wait for 30-45 mins before we got rooms really spoiled the whole checkin experience. Also i had booked 4 rooms some 3 months back and had asked for adjoining rooms since we were travelling as a family but our rooms which got allotted to us were scattered all over the place! Can't understand why hotels don't give priority to customers who book and pay well in advance.

The place is beautiful, the staff are amazing and the whole place is a stylish comfortable work of art . Everything is considered , curated and works really well together . The interiors are fun , colourful and well maintained. The cleaning routine is rigors yet discrete. There is a chap with a bugle in the garden that heralds each guests arrival , he is in fact a brilliant photographer and captured our outfits every morning . We stayed for 11 nights with our whole family joining us for 7 . We had a wonderful private party with all the staff contributing so happily to our celebration . The trip was great value and the hotel is right up there with the very best in India .The younger girls had Indian dancing lessons arranged by the conceierg with a talented and fun teacher . The spa is a delight as is the food . Real sourdough every morning , croissants made with butter . The highlight for the children was the lovely pool on the roof . Thank you 💕

Everything but particularly the style

Narendra Bhawan - A Truly Regal Experience Narendra Bhawan exceeded all my expectations! The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional staff — from the moment of booking to check-out, their service was warm, attentive, and seamless. The pool area is a standout, offering a serene and luxurious ambiance. The property beautifully captures a sense of royal elegance, and the food is served with authentic flavors, staying true to its roots. A memorable stay in every way!

The school across the road was playing loud music for an event, which was not the hotel’s fault, but was disruptive. The hotel played their own music while that was going on, which contrasted and just made a noise.. also, hotel’s choice of music (western) took away from the Indian feeling. Rajasthani, or more generally Indian music, would have been preferable Rajasthani food was available, but it wasn’t obvious - We only knew because we enquired. The restaurant menu was a mix of western and Punjabi food, but it would have been nice to see the local cuisine
