The apartments are located in an old building

Poor internet connection. I would also recommend replacing the router, which makes a terrible squeaking noise. Very dusty. Very noisy; you can hear everything that is happening outside the apartment. I would like to receive at least 1 litre of water upon check-in, as we arrived at night and were unable to visit the shop.

Room was good but with the breakfast it was issues, first you have to go to the cafe, not far, but they offer only cup of coffee and croissant, and that's all. Nothing to choose. The second day they were closed 2nd day, but i was informed about this and that i have to go to the other place closer to 11, when i was already in the train. The other days i even didn't try to get breakfast.

The facility is located in the old town and has no access by car, so you have to carry your luggage about 400 meters from the parking lot. Of course, you have to pay for parking .... the rooms are small and claustrophobic. We did not feel comfortable .... I am especially sorry, but I have to write that the bed linen was dirty. We asked for new bed linen, but the owner ignored our request

The B&B advertises in the facilities category that they offer parking. No they do not. The B&B is located at least 100 meters from the nearest street. This is not mentioned. Most of the pictures on booking.com appear to be nice rooms and advertise a "City View" The room I was given I noticed had a window in the corner, it's view no one would consider a "city view". Maybe "alley view", 3 foot view to next building, etc. Rooms in B&B's are usually different, some better some worse. Booking.com needs to figure out how to make B&B's show pictures to the customer exactly which room they rented. Maybe the other rooms in this B&B were good, no idea, but the room I was given I bet was by far the least favorite in the building. It surprises me that the manager of this B&B would rather get a negative review instead of refunding 100 percent particularly because I provided two provable instances of misrepresentation. Start playing the long game.......
