The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk from the vibrant town center, which is full of restaurants and shops. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. While we couldn’t bring our bikes into the room, there is a secure bike storage room with cameras and restricted access, which was reassuring. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The room was quite small and dimly lit, with only one small window. Although it was on the first floor, it felt more like a ground floor due to its proximity to the street, and we were disturbed early in the morning by a trash collection truck right outside.

Fabulous hotel, great location, short walk to gondola, very close to town centre, beautiful views of Ponte di Legno and mountains. Staff very helpful, breakfast good, just don't take any food or water from breakfast room or you will be charged! One major advantage is that hotel has heated lockers under the gondola centre, so everything can be stored free of charge during your stay. Small spa area but very relaxing and spotlessly clean. Hotel have discounts with ski hire and restaurants.we ate in La Brasa every night, brilliant restaurant, great atmosphere, very reasonable and staff fabulous. Super quick with serving meals. Order to plate on table 6mins!!

Nothing it was perfect

Very good location, close to the center of the village. Parking is available, spacious and free for guests. Breakfast was very good, everything was fresh, homemade and tasty. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, equipped with toiletries, it has a little fridge. Ski lockers are available for free at the gondola entrance, which was very convenient. Spa center is small but just enough for a quick relax (it is paid extra, limited to 1h, 5 persons max, you get a bathrobe and an extra towel). Staff is very nice and helpful. All in all, the hotel has a very classy look and is surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Ski bus stops right in front of the hotel, but we went to the gondola by car every day (all day in the garage was 4€). Staff gave us recommendations and discounts for certain restaurants.

Our economy room was very dark, although the view was correctly shown in booking before reservation. The spa center doesn’t have a toilet or drinking water (although it does have nice warm tea). Pillows were a bit hard. Every time you go to the spa you pay (8€), but you get a bathrobe and a towel only once during your stay.

An amazing hotel, perfect location and views over Ponte di Legno, walking distance from city center and direct ski bus stop. Rooms were super clean, spacious and breakfast was very good. Super clean bathrooms. The ladies at the receptions were very kind and helplful. The parking was perfect.

In a 4 star hotel I was expecting to find a thin topper on the bed. The mattresses were very firm, some people like it this way, but my back was very stiff in the morning. With a topper everyone has a choice, keep it or remove it :-) ! Another important thing that I missed was the heating for the ski boots, it is very important to have it, otherwise the boots remain wet, cold and smelly. It's easy to wall-mount an electric boot heater. I hope next time we will find one !!!

The location, breakfast, style. It was clean and quite place with a perfect SPA area for a reasonable price, ski lockers right next to the main ski lift

Once we got to the SPA and sauna wasn’t enabled in advance( even though we booked the time slot). For our 1.5 hour of staying it wasn’t able to get hot… so, the administrator kind of screwed it, cause at winter it’s a must :)

Room size was OK, not big but not too small either, well organized, bathroom was clean, shower had always hot water and the room temperature was always on the warm side. The bed was very comfortable. Importantly: there is a large parking area where you can park your car - for FREE - I always found a parking lot available for my car. (Ponte di Legno is a village with little space available for parking.) The hotel is NOT walking distance from the ski runs (about 1.4 km apart), but you can use the shuttle service, or your own car if you have one. They also have a bar - personnel was very kind - I found the bar useful for a quick beer + sandwich after the skiing sessions.

The only two things I did not like are: 1) in the shower there was smell of smoke, I paid for a non-smoking room - probably a previous customer smoked in the bathroom close to the vent, 2) there is a ski room where you can place your boots, skis and snowboards, but it is rather small and boots are not warmed up. If there are many guests it may be insufficient to store your stuff.

Garni Cristallo hotel in a boutique one, located 5 min walk from the town center. rooms are spacious with lots of storing area, large bathroom, and very clean. the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind assisting with restaurant reservations and ski questions. breakfast is generous with large variety and high quality.

the wellness center is for adults only, so if you come with teens, take it into account (and it costs 5 euro per entry - not a biggy). mattresses are on the stiff side. although ski bus is just outside the hotel, it is not very frequent.

In general OK. Perfect communication before arrival. Very good and helpful staff. We received an option of the locker in the ski lift which was extremely helpful. Discounts for ski-pass and ski rental. Stunning mountain view.

The bed and the pillows are so so. Small wellness center without jacuzzi. The breakfast could be more varied.

Exceptional view and excellent location, just a 2-minute walk to the city center. Breakfast was decent with good quality food. The bar is small but pleasant. Ample parking space available. Perfect place to relax. The room was spacious and very clean. The service was excellent. The mountain view is breathtaking both day and night.

Check in was swift and pleasant, parking was free and easy to access, and the property overall was very pleasant.

The room looked directly out onto a road, and was noisy very early in the morning. It would have been better to have stayed on the other side of the building where trucks were not unloading inches away.
