The breakfast was so good and has many varieties of items, the staff were helpful as well. The location was good on the high way in VDN. The room was very clean. They have a restaurant serving local and Western food as well. They upgraded us from a standard room to a suite.

Almost nothing. Maybe if they have a small pool for relaxation it would be nice but overall the experience with them was great.

Very recent hotel offering an excellent level of details and of furniture in the rooms. Breakfast is OK, with fresh and handmade products, both sweet and salt. Nice people at the reception desk. Rooms without terrace are very dark and are not much cheaper.

At check-in my room was dirty and it was promptly changed with a different one. The new one however was a smaller one, with no terrace. I have been changed again the day after. Unfortunately I didn't receive any discount even if I spent 1 night in a smaller and darker room and I had to repack my things.

What I liked most about the hotel was how fresh the amenities were. The hotel has a new look to it. The staff were very helpful. Room rate is with complimentary breakfast which starts at 7:30am. I was on transit in Dakar and had to leave the hotel for the airport as early as 6am. The front desk staff were kind enough to have my breakfast packed for me to go. I was able to arrange for airport pickup via messaging within the booking.com app. Everything went smoothly. There's a lovely rooftop restaurant also where I had a salad which was tasty and very well presented.

My only issue is with the bathroom was quite narrow. It was ok for me but I can imagine someone a little bigger would have issues moving around in the shower.

They gave me such a huge room for so little! The balcony view was excellent! All the staff were great, even though few could speak adequate English. It is my favorite hotel in Dakar.

The phone service is not designed to call out: locally or anything outside of the hotel.

The staff were amazing and took really good care of me while I was there. I got sick on my first day and they were very kind. I caught a taxi from one side of Dakar to the hotel and the hotel staff kept in touch throughout the hour journey just to check that I was alright.

Honestly no reason to complain. The hotel is clean, functional and fairly well positioned. It is located on a motorway which I hadn't expected but there was almost no noise and was quite quaint.

The room was wide and well equipped, new construction, neat and clean, and stuff was nice

Just in the surroundings couldn't find good restaurants and away from the center town.

The room was high quality. I think this is an european standard hotel. Top 5 quality/price I've stayed in my life. Highly recommended for business trips. It's not worth paying so much more for other more renamed hotel brands in Dakar. Transportation waited for me a lot of time with no extra charge or anything. I really loved my stay

I think they need to do something with the router's location. The wifi was very week in the working area of the suites. Something to improve. They still changed me to another room in an effort to improve my stay, so thanks a lot

What stands out for me is the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff They're all so helpful and friendly Haven't used this hotel since 2018 and was pleased that the standard of cleanliness remained the same. The cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms has been a constant feature. The airport pick up and drop off was excellent I enjoyed my stay.

The sound. When clients in adjoining rooms shut their doors it was a bit startling Having an arrangement with taxi services so guests can have taxis on the go The staff on duty were always so helpful with getting cabs anyway so this wasn't a problem.

The reception staff are very nice and always helpful. The hotel is clean & a great value for money!

The breakfast spread is small and it takes a while for the staff to replenish certain items.

The reasonable price, friendly and helpful receptionists, comfortable bed/pillows and soundproof room. The WIFi was excellent.

There's no A/C at the reception, hallways or elevator which is the only thing that bothered me. I only had 3 TV channels in my room.
