My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The older building had character, and I appreciated having a large room with natural furnishings and wooden French windows that opened onto a balcony. The room was quiet and comfortable. The swimming pool was a nice feature, and the hotel offers good value for its location. The staff were accommodating and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience.

The basic breakfast was not included and felt significantly overpriced at 9,000 CFA (14 Euros), especially considering the local cost of living in Africa.

- location is safe, although not much light in the street - supermarket and a café just 2 minutes away - two great boutiques in the facilities of the hotel - the hotel has twin rooms - staff responsive over the app - single beds were comfy, overall we liked this hotel

-second large towel was missing - no elevator, but staff helped us to bring up/down the luggages - could be a bit noisy if your room faces the main road - could be practical to have some cutlery in the room, but no big problem as we got that in the restaurant on the ground floor

The hotel is lovely, from the very friendly smiling staff to the beautiful light-filled room…I loved being in Almadies, walked every day one street over to the beach-front restaurants.

I liked everything! So know that the pool isn’t heated and was cold…Americans might expect that!!

Location is excellent. Staff are friendly and available to assist. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The room is neat.

There should be a small fridge in the room and electric kettle.

By far the best thing about this place are the staff. Jerome is very nice and helped me when we arrived very late, and his colleague who allowed me to use his Yango account to order taxis (sorry cant remember his name). Thank you for a very nice stay

The location, the cleanliness and the hospitality and kindness of the staff. The pool is a great plus, the neighborhood is great! The restaurant is very good as well.

No lift, but the staff helped carry our luggage. Breakfast could be improved.

This hotel is an excellent value. The location is safe and Almadies is a great neighborhood central to lots of shops, restaurants and nice hotels. The staff was AMAZING with all of our requests, holding our luggage and arranging laundry to be done. It’s not a 5* hotel but it’s well designed, clean and comfortable. The staff really made the experience wonderful. Rating was reduced because the pool wasn’t open when we stayed.

Small but good hotel in a decent area.

Provide water in the room but most importantly should be fridge in the room for keeping any drinks or water chilled due to very hot climate.

My French isn't that great, I'm still working on it; I spoke English with the front desk, and he was very nice. He spoke English very well and helped me check in with ease. The hotel was clearly marked and easy to find. The security was very nice; they showed me to my room and turned the TV and AC on after checking in. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi was great! Also, the towels were very soft, not scratchy like other hotel towels.

The only thing I didn't like was that I reserved a single large bed in a room with a balcony online, but the room I got had no balcony and two small beds. However, the rest of the room was great, and I didn't mind as we were only staying one night visiting friends and family.

Quietness, cleanliness, good service from staff including security personnel.

Maybe they can in the future include breakfast in the price
