Appartments are very nice and offer a lot of space to store your belongings. You have a private bathroom and free access to hotel pools and spas. You can use Terme 3000 pools aswell. Breakfast that is included in the price is excelent and you can find someting for yourself.

A large bed is made out of two matresses pushed together but there is still a space in the middle, which can get unconfortable if you are a bit taller person. Furniture was not in the best condition, so it could use some maintenance.

Perfect facility. Stayed with the family, 2 adults and 2 kids, in a newly renovated bungalow. Everything was just perfect. The greenery all around, neat and very clean place, can see that the management takes a good care. Breakfast excellent, not wasting like other hotels, yet you find variety of fresh meal including seafood and ice-cream which our kids just loved. Hotel staff very polite and welcoming. Proximity to aqua park just perfect. Appreciate half board package with water parks, pools and sauna included. Overall we liked the quality and the price ratio being offered. Greatly recommend to those having kids, but also excellent for extended family, including grandparents who will appreciate the service, cleanness and thermal spa.

There is realy nothing wrong about my stay, everything was perfect. The only thing I could mention, but it has little to do with my stay. I made a reservation with booking.com and therefore I couldn't get bonus points for their loyalty program.

Beautiful interior, very well equipped kitchen, efficient air conditioner, quiet and peaceful place where you can relax, great variety of food for both breakfast and dinner

- too hot in the dinning room - plenty of mosquitos at the bungalow because (probably the cleaning stuff) forgot to close the mosquito net - to go to the terme 3000 you have to walk all around the hotel area as other entrances do not work. - terme 3000 looks pretty old, some renovation is needed but still it a very recomendable place to go

House was nice and clean, staff was very pleasant and we had a great time. Food is very good and time slots for breakfast and dinner are long. Pool is great and not so crowded.

Maybe some more veggie meals, way too much meet is available. Sports ground should be fixed, or at least basketball court. Some parts of the hotel complex passed its prime years ago and should be renovated (Ajda is ok in that manner, Termal not so good). Mosquitos are everywhere. Literally.

We stayed in a bungalow of Prekmurska vas Ajda and we really enjoyed our stay. Nice bungalow and comfortable bed. We were amazed by the pool of hotel Ajda (much more quiet then Terme 3000 pool area which was crowded with families with children). We also really liked the saunas aera in hotel Ajda. All in all great vacation, we will be back.

We had a three-day stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. There was nothing to cause discomfort. The location was excellent, the staff were kind and courteous, and the water park was very clean and exciting. The hotel's architecture was truly relaxing and beautiful.

All in all, good value for the money. All pools are included in the price of the room - that is perfect. There is a wide variety of pools with thermal water - indoors and outdoors, hot tubs, massage pools, and the water is clean and nice temperature. The building itself was nice and tidy and also the surroundings were beautiful - many trees and green grass. Breakfast is in the central hotel, approx 5-minute walk from dependance houses. The variety of food was very good, quality of food not so good.. But in general, we enjoyed this stay. Would recommend for 2 or 3-nights stay for relaxation in pools.

Room was missing privacy - we had one big glass door facing the street with people walking, cycling and there was just a heavy curtain so you could choose between absolute dark room during the day (so no use of sunlight for reading on bed) or feeling like in display. Maybe simple semi-transparent curtain (in addition to darkening curtain) would be great to solve this problem. Also very very soft mattresses - not comfortable for good sleep. The place is perfect for families and older people - not much action near the accommodation for young couple, everything is closed by 10 PM. Too many small and loud children everywhere - we really did not like them jumping and screaming in the pools intended for relaxation.

Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room, great spa experience. Kids loved the slide that starts indoors and ends outdoors.

Real milk and real coffee in the room would be nice.
