Very comfortable room, clean and equipped with all the basics. I needed to keep some medication cool and the staff organised for a bar fridge to be brought to our room. Friendly staff. The pool was quite disappointing. It is tiny and very shallow. Certainly not for swimming! Unfortunately, we tried to eat at the hotel and first, second and even third food and drink choices were not available. We eventually went somewhere else for dinner. Breakfast was also not quite what the website promised.

room 36 was like staying in an ice chamber and no instructions on how to work air on to put on warm. tried pressing every button on remote without success. had burger and chips for supper - bread roll excellent, patty a bit dry but chips were fabulous but please put burny orange sprinkles on table with salt and pepper so customer can choose whether they want it on - it’s not for chef to decide if client wants it. Very nice breakfast.

What a beautiful place in such a small town, with a good kitchen. The room was big, yes big, with a fantastic big and very comfortable bed, I did sleep like a prince. The hotel has a good nice by locals frequented bar were we a lot of fun. The boss of the hotel allowed my wife even a midnight swim in the wonderful pool. Good breakfast in the morning made our day.

We arranged a take away breakfast because we wanted to leave early, that was not a problem for them to have it ready at 5. Bed very comfortable and warm, dinner in the restaurant was good. Staff very helpful

The takeaway breakfast no spoon or serviette. Parking was tight and we struggled to get the bakkie out, could not ask anyone to move a car as it was very early

Not convinced why the property has such a bad rating. The rooms were perfectly clean with crisp linen. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant unfortunately was a complete shambles. Menu items not available and then medium rare on one order was raw. After sending it back only the temperature had changed and was still raw. Please guys look at how Kakamas executes the same menu.

Location was great on way to Kgalagadi. Bedrooms bed and shower amazing. Off street secure parking for our car and camper. Food was exceptional very large servings. Will stay over again.

Modern, spacious and clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was good and the personnel -very friendly. Nice bar and outdoor seating area.

The only thing lacking in the room were (enough) plugs, to charge our electronic devices. Also, the dinner could have been better. Somehow, I got the feeling that the meals were not freshly-made, but rather warmed up.

Friendly staff , always willing to help Neat rooms and aircon in the summer is a big plus !

Perhaps umbrellas or a shade covering over the pool in summer - it’s difficult to swim in the sun because of how hot and burning it is

The staff were kind. Breakfast was great!

The room was very light and I couldn't sleep because of too much light. The food we ordered was not worth its price, pork chops were tough and over cooked. The tv channels are catered for a certain ethnic group. Over priced on alcohol and food and accommodation.

The whole place were in excellent condition. The staff is so helpfull For a small town, it is really a pleasant stay

this is my personal opnion: I cannot drink strong coffee, and the machine only provide strong coffee. Maybe there you can improve with Koffiehuis or Ricoffy
