The abode was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The room is big, which is a big plus for me. We visited the Mountain zebra National park, and used the place as a base. It is also close to surrounding little towns, if you so wish to take a nice slow drive. Cradock, itself, also offers some very interesting and historic places. It was quiet and away from the vehicle (especially trucks passing through) noise of the town. The bed/s were comfortable. The garden is stunning and the cute little ducks just added that extre charm. We will most certainly be back. We had a lovely stay. A big thank you to Neville, our host.

The cutlery (forks) could be upgraded a bit. They are a bit flimsy. Other than that, all was good

I appreciated the antique furniture throughout the property, it added a charming, timeless feel. The beautiful garden and the friendly geese roaming around made the experience even more delightful. The property is also conveniently located opposite a church, adding to the peaceful atmosphere.

The perfect place for a short stay and route stopover. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities and our host very kindly gave us use of the gas cooker in the large braii kitchen due to electrical load shedding. We loved looking around the main house which had lots of history, charm and was fascinatingly decorated, whilst the wandering ducks in the garden were an added bonus!

The Oude Pastorie, as its name implies, is a lovely old and traditional South African building - wooden floors, high ceilings and reminiscences of life in a country town in the past. It benefits by being walking distance to the twon centre and restaurants and having private parking.

We arrived at 10:30pm, very late in the day to be greeted by the lovely Carien. Only there for a few hours but the beds were beautifully comfortable and we slept well. Few neighborhood dogs reminding us we were in SA.

The cottage was amazing, very comfortable and clean. The garden is beautiful and very relaxing to walk around in. Staff very helpful and friendly. It was everything I could have asked for and more. Loved it!

It is a very nice place, with ducks and even a turtle around the garden. The location is also very good.

interestingly antique , but solid building, with a great garden view. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. Great technology e.g . strong wifi signal and tech backed payment system on site- this you would expect to get in a city.

upgrade the current DSTV and replace the TV with a better display.

Charming old house, quiet part of town. Batteries and inverter keep the lights on during loadshedding.

Duvets instead of blankets would be nice, esp in winter.
