The property is clean, I had to check in quite late, around 10pm in the evening because of the roads being busy. They were accommodating and available when I needed to do a late check in. I like that while it was exceptionally cold in the area they had electric blankets that was working and extra blankets for warmth, they had towels for a warm shower with tea and coffee and a kettle for me to make something to drink for my family before bed.

The host struggled with English so at times it was challenging to communicate and understand what she was saying to me. Be patient, they are not English first language I assume so if you are English 1st language - communicating will require some more patience. The aircon did not work so we couldn’t warm up the room, the remote did not work, but the electric blankets made up for it.

The owner was friendly, she showed us everything the venue had to offer and also checked on us while we were there. It was a pleasant and peaceful stay.

As much as we received communication from them to check if everything was fine and if we needed anything. When we tried contacting them there was a delayed response on their WhatsApp line.

The staff was nice. I stayed over due to car problems I experienced on my way from bfn to jhb. I stayed 2 unplanned nights due to mechanical breakdown. Mama Lydia and Aunt Bettie, the owner, were very helpful to me. Aunt bettie drove me around for errands as I had no car. Mama Lydia kept me company while she worked. They really made me feel like part of their family. I would come back here just to experience the friendliness again. Never have I ever experienced such kindness and blessings from total strangers. The only thing that was not nice was the situation I found myself in. It was a really stressful situation, but Bettie and Lydia made it a whole lot easier. Forever grateful 🙏

The location is very convinient. Got a warm welcome from the host. We were happy with the parking being close to the rooms as well.

The sliding door lock needed fixing. We could lock ourselves in when going to sleep but couldn't lock when we needed to step out but luckily the place is secured.

Staff was very friendly, the place was easily accessible and close to shops. It felt safe and peaceful. The room was cleaned everyday. The place also offers self catering

The light in the bathroom was dim, and there were no windows in the bathroom. However, it was not a bad experience.

Our room was sparkling clean and cosy. We enjoyed the braai area facing the swimming pool and the entrance of our room. Beautiful sitting area where we enjoyed our dinner facing the pool. I'm definately coming back

The fact that my stay was short

The place is clean and comfortable. The lady in charge was very helpful and friendly. She even allowed us the check out 1 hour later than the normal time. I would definately go back

Warm welcome, they're were friendly and understanding even after we're arrived late for checking. And the following day we had crisis traveling around and we left my sister at the premises thinking we'll be back earlier for checkout, they're gave us extra hours and arranged food for her. They have such excellent courtesy 100%.

The property is spacious and conveniently near the N1. There are TVs with DSTV. We had electric blankets for the cold as well as heating panels against the walls. The bathrooms were large and the water was very warm. We also had safe parking om the property.

There was nothing negative.

It's really a very good guest house. It was just difficult to communicate with the admin lady and when the guest arrived there was no one at the guest house because the lady "forgot" that the guest was arriving the afternoon.

All good except the communication with the Guesthouse.
