Our friendly hosts were incredibly hospitable from the moment we arrived. We had a lovely family room with nice comfortable beds and enjoyed a hot shower after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was delicious, lekker Crispy bacon. There is a lovely garden and patio to enjoy as well as a swimming pool. The tea and coffee tray in our room was much appreciated. The rusks were so delicious we bought a packet to take home. We can highly recommend the Golden Grape.

That we only stayed one night.

My stay at The Golden Grape exceeded my expectations. The staff at the guesthouse are very friendly and welcoming. They helped me with all of my requests. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast had good variety and was delicious. The garden was also pretty and well-maintained. Dinner is also an option if you request it beforehand.

Nothing - wish I could have stayed a bit longer!

Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable hosts. A comfy and well appointed rental Good quality linens. Electric heater as it was cold weather. Load shedding was a shame but beyond anyone's control. Very good facilities in the kitchen. Generous provisions given on arrival, I asked for a pyrex dish and was given one without hesitation. Same when I asked for an airer for my washing. A good place to stay. Thank you!

Nothing we were very happy and comfortable.

Excellent stay. The owners and staff were great. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked. I had dropped my motorcycle on my leg before arriving and was not in the best shape for walking. The owners were really helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. It was so good I stayed an extra day to recuperate. Highly recommended.

Lizette and Alfred are outstanding hosts who walk the extra mile for us. The linnen and towels are of high quality and the room was super clean The English breakfast is very good

It is hard to find any negatives, but the walkway between the parking and the facility is difficult to navigate for older guests with walking sticks

The flat was a stand alone 2 bedroom cottage in a lush garden, with full kitchenette. Elaine and Mike were very well informed about the area and provided helpful tips and were very helpful (above and beyond!) in general. Lovely couple, great conversations! Breakfast and dinner can be requested - good food and convenient. Parking right next to the cottage. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Elaine and Mike en the entire staff! 🙏🏼

It was very clean and comfortable . The shower was hot. The breakfast was generous and tasty.

We needed to drive to strandfontein to find a restaurant about 20km away. So the location was not great for us, but that’s because I did not do enough research. Strandfontein was lovely beach.

I had a good stay at The Golden Grape B&B. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable, impeccably clean, The B&B served a lovely homemade dish. Great service and quality all round. Will definitely use B&B again

Parking was difficult

Lizette and staff are very friendly which created a very homely feeling. Facilities very comfortable and really a pleasure to stay there
