Didn’t hav breakfast. The place is exceptionally clean. The bed was so comfortable and warm with electric blanket. Liked the supply of hot beverage sachets and the shower kit supply ie shower cap etc. Liked th location of the hotel in th city centre and the undercover parking.

No bedside lamp. Had to get out of bed and walked to the door to switch off the lights. Too much noise in the corridors at night and in the morning frm staff and guests, disturbing a peaceful sleep. Please ask people to speak softly in the corridors.

The place is very clean, very comfortable beds. We were pleasantly surprised to find an electric blanket warmed up in our bed, it was very much needed. The staff is friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay.

The shower curtain is not ideal to keep the water within.

It was good to have an evening meal as well as breakfast.

No bedside light so I had to return to bed in dark after turning off main light. Water took a long time to get to sink and shower, came good eventually.

The property was clean and neat Most things were up to par. Great value for money especially in Nquthu

Not too convinced on the security of the parking. No booms or gate in the parking lot but there was a guard. The bathroom sink drain was clogged

My concern was just the parking...not secured, so i was not free with my car down there over the night.

The place inside is clean. The rooms are comfortable. Receptionist was so humble and kind and very professional. The food was absolutely delicious.

The pool was not working.

Cleanliness, reception, the security was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The noise from other rooms, there was no control and discipline. We struggled to sleep

A friendly and peaceful place in the middle of the busyness of Nqutu. It was nice and clean.

The channels on the TV were basic and the price is quite high compared to big cities like Johannesburg or Cape Town.
