Umuzi is situated in a perfect place next to mall and it has all activities for adults and kids. I loved their breakfast, big ups to the Chef the food was tasty and the place is extra clean. Everything was perfect starting with the security guy at the gate, The reception ladies, the restaurant Staff and surrounding area. I do not know what is load shedding during my stay, once the electricity is off the backup generator kicks up. I am definitely coming back with my colleagues very soon. The professionalism in the reception area. Oh my God ! I am totally impressed!

Breakfast was very nice. Clean & safe. Very friendly staff. We forgot a phone when we checked out and they phoned us to inform us of it.

The bathroom needs a bit of attention.

The view outside, the restaurant ,because thier service was excellent even the food was good.....

The bed was hard even the pillows was hard The housekeeper did not sweep our floor ,they just did our bed , wash dishes ,change towels that's all

The waterpark Kids really enjoyed it It kept them busy for the whole day

The chalets accomodatea 6 people but there is only 1 bathroom, it is not enough, we have to wait for each other and showers are a bit small The entrance to the Waterpark for the guests is available but to exit you have to go all the way to the main entrance

Everything about it

No lifeguards on duty in the swimming pools. On our arrival (Saturday 24th) we've heard that a child has lost his life in the pool. Although we did not witness the incident but we were traumatized by it. We were cautious as to allowing our children to swim

The cleaners were very friendly n a facility was perfect, we enjoyed every minute and hour😍😍.. The place its not far from the mall. Let me not forget the security guys their job its outstanding their very friendly to everyone

There's nothing we didn't like, everything was on point

It's very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Plus the mall is near the lodge very easy to do in and out

When you book a 6 sleeper everything inside caters for that exact number, no extras plate for preparing and we only get one dish cloth.

Thank you for accommodating us, it was great & we had a fabulous time. The staff were very helpful and friendly, willing to assist us at anytime. Nice place for a holiday destination

Proximity to facilities

The entrance was far from our place. You need to go out to get food, no delivery 😢 The shower rose was missing. Taking a shower was not very pleasant

The location was good and accessible, enjoyed the train ride that took us to the water park. The beds that was made up was added bonus although it was just for the one room No issues was picked up we had a good time and will definitely return in future.

Nothing much all was well check out times can be a rate per hour would be nice
