The area is quiet just what we needed to relax and gather your thoughts and get away from the everyday city lifestyle.

The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned on our arrival, the pool side does not have enough chairs and don't have cushions especially the relaxing chairs.

The place is just beautiful and the chalets were so clean and comfortable. The restaurants was serving good food and cocktails . The pool was the only thing that I wasn’t too happy about because it was mainly for kids so as an adult you can’t really take a swim in it. Perfect place for kids, because there are so many activities that could keep them entertained. The game drive was good, we saw all the animals

The pool was more for kids, and as adults we couldn’t go on a swim because of that. It will be nice if there was a pool for kids and adults too. And the area it is, just makes it hard for an adult to walk around in swimwear infront of the kids and guest passing along the way going to the restaurants or the playgrounds

It was everything we needed for a relaxing mid week getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene atmosphere and peaceful surroundings. All staff were very friendly and the resort is beautifully maintained. We tried most of the activities the resort offers (both hiking trails, swimming, rowing, and the multi court) and enjoyed all of them. On the next visit, I definitely want to go for the game drive. The calming environment allowed us to relax and recharge. We can't wait to return.

The place is clean and very relaxing! The children enjoyed the activities.

Pls give directions from plk side also. We had to navigate and used the 60km gravel road which is not nice on a small car. It was a stress on that loooooong road we nearly gave up our trip coz we did not seem to be Arriving to our destination after 1hour on the gravel road. It would be nice to have assistance at the canoeing. Some nets on the windows wil assist in prohibiting the monkeys to get in the house. We can't alway close the windows we need fresh air too. Monkeys broke the cups and we had to pay.

Everything was fantasticat the facility.

The terribly bumpy dirt road leading to the facility was a real challenge. it is is a bad condition. My car did not get damaged only because i drove at times below 10 kms an hour. only 4x4 vehicles can survive the road.

The units were very comfortable, the surroundings stunning and tranquil. the floods damaged alot of the facilities so for the kids it was not Soo good.

The restaurant could have more options and more specials when they understaffed and not so busy. I feel there could have been some good food specials and the kayaking could have been for free as there were very few facilities working.

Really fun time with the kids, swimming, tennis, puttputt hiking etc! Facilities well maintained

No braai tongs to braai- even after requesting. Had to braai with my hands. Still waiting for discount on game drive- not treated well by particular reception staff member.

the entertainment side is great especially for kids.

the fact that there’s no landline phones in villas/units, and to make things worse there’s no network so that you can use your phone to call the reception and restaurant. I booked 2 x 2 bedrooms and 1 Villa and we couldn’t communicate with each other .
