Really lovely friendly hotel in great location- perfect for exploring Andong & local area. Front desk provided us on arrival with a simple map & really useful info about directions around Andong town & bus details to local sights (including Hahoe village)- this made all the difference for our 2 days exploring the area. Do not miss popping into the local Mammoth bakery or local restaurants in town! Clean spacious room. Excellent value for money. Staff very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Andong.

Nothing to not like. Just to note breakfast not always available at the hotel - but a short easy walk into Andong town.

It was good value for our money. The hotel is near to the city centre by a 7-8 min walk. At 10 mins there is also the bus stop that allows you to go to the Hahoe village. The 7stone pagoda is about 15/20 mins maximum by walk. The man at the reception was really kind and gave us a useful map. He was flexible with the check in hour. It was clean, and there was shampoo, body cream, hairdryer, and hair conditioner, and a little fridge. Beds were comfortable, good pillows. We recommend it!

The check out was at 11, but unfortunately that is really common these days 😅. We were able to leave the luggage during the day though.

The hotel has its old charm. The room decoration and furniture are decently chic, but a little bit shabby. I liked the bed - high and hard mattress. There were many additional useful things in the room, such as toiletries, various charging ports, napkins, even hair styling mousse, etc. My purpose of visting Andong was Mask Dance Festival. The hotel is located within walking distance of the festival venues.

This is not a complaint at all, but just a statement of fact. It was a surprise that the train station next to the hotel is no longer operational. The surrounding area of the hotel looks abandoned. There was no bath-curtain in the bathroom.

Location; large room (superior twin room); owner was apparently the desk clerk and he was nice and spoke just enough English; the owner had maps at front desk to indicate restaurants, etc.; free parking.

The mattresses were stiff as boards making sleep a real challenge; pillows were not comfortable; all toilet paper had to go into the trash can instead of being flushed; no shower curtain for the shower; no breakfast offered.

Staff was super professional, helpful, attentive and responsive.

Although the hotel is a bit outdated, our stay was very good value for money. The establishment is within walking distance to the center, to a mall and to the bus stop to the Hanoe Folk Village. The highlight of our stay was the staff, the guy at the reception was very nice and efficient.

Good stay for one or two nights. A little bit outdated, but everything what you need, clean, spacious and comfortable. Wooden bathtub was interesting experience.

If your windows is looking to parking, you might expect noise in the morning. For us it was a loud bus with engine on waiting for the tourist group in the early morning

Nice welcome upon arrival. Friendly manager. We were able to check-in early. Good air conditioning. Large flat screen TV. Firm but comfortable double beds. Large bathroom. Free cold water. My kids want to add that they were very impressed with the triple function remote control for air conditioning, TV and lightning.

It is great location near bus stop for going to any place where is landmark of Andong. The staff is great and ver nice .he is good introduce with me for travelling in Andong.

The room size! It was enormous, very comfortable. The beds had hard matresses but we like them that way so we slept well. The receptionist gave as a map with bus schedule and near interesting places - very practical! We would have a huge problem without this schedule. Be aware that buses are often late, sometimes run once per hour and finish service early. We could refill our bottles in the reception with fresh cold water. Hotel is a little old, but location and size made up for that for us.

Lots of amenities in the room… even hairspray! Rooms were comfortable with a seating area also. Location approx 5 minutes walk from Food Street.

The outside could look a bit better (the adjoining buildings were untidy which reflects badly for the hotel) but the room was perfectly fine.
