Absolutely Amazing Stay at Arban City Hotel! We had an incredible experience staying at Arban City Hotel! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Yeonsan-Dong, but far enough so it’s not overwhelming. The hotel had very convenient and easy access to transportation, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood is lively, yet the surrounds of the hotel and the hotel itself is peaceful, providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The hotel was spotlessly clean and cozy., making it a great place to come back to after exploring Pusan. The cleaning staffs clearly pays attention to every detail—comfortable bedding, thoughtful amenities, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which was great for both work and leisure. What really stood out was the restaurant staff’s hospitality everymorning. The breakfast was extremly great and that was my favorite part of the stay. They were quick to replace the empty dishes and being so nice to my child was a big bonus. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Overall, Aroban City was everything a family of 3 could ask for as a base to explore Pusan.

Arban City Hotel is the place to stay when visiting Pusan. Not only is a great location, close to the station and restaurants, it’s also tucked away in a quiet location. So quiet enough to have some peace and solitude but close enough to walk everywhere. My family and I were very comfortable at Arban and were able to relax and sleep well for the next day’s adventures. The brakfast and the gym on the second floor were a God send as I missed real Korean mom's foods.

The room was nice. We had enough room to add a baby crib so we could all stay in the same room (2 toddlers with us), a double and a twin bed. It's pretty decently insulated, only Saturday night was noisy all night long, but not the other nights. Their breakfast was 9,000won per person (free under 5 or 6 years old) and it was a very decent, generous and varied breakfast: continental and Korean options (see pictures). Free parking is always a plus. Very close to subway.

It is always about 30 to 45min transportation to get to most main attractions. Which is a good thing, only difficult with small children! The shower would run down the drain under the sink and would wet the whole bathroom floor. I do remember reading in the comments about how hard the beds were. We like firm beds but I have to admit, those are definitely on the firmer side!

a very nice hotel.smart looking , well organized staff excellent they accomodated my request to hold my luggage one day before I checked in, as I was going somewhere the day before. really close to exit 14 line 1 which has a lift.. I would stay again

The room was spacious and clean. The bathtub was huge and the soaps smelled nice!

It was confusing finding the place. The entrance at the front of the building was wrong. You have to go down the alley way to get to the correct entrance.

Close to the metro station. The room is spacious. Quiet even though my room was so close to the elevator.

The elevator took a long time to arrive. The shower does not have a door so the water got splashed out. The facility seems a little old so I preferred not to be bare feet

There is no support handles in the toilet, can de dangerous if you get up from the bath tub. No hanging loops in the toilet as well to hang clothes

It was close to the subway, it was really nice and clean. The staff were kind, it was quiet. Actually it was my second time staying there. I’ve had two totally different style rooms and both just as lovely.

There were no straighteners but that’s not really a bad thing.

Everything! From the room, outdoor terrace with jacuzzi, LG Styler to steam and sanitize your clothes and get rid of BBQ smell, to the convenient location! Used their laundry as well.

None! We loved everything about it & would be happy to stay again in a heartbeat if we ever go back to Busan.

It is near transportation and also near essential stores. It is so easy to find. It was very clean.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.
