The room was large and bed was very comfortable. The view was pretty and blackout curtains were good! Everything was clean, and the bath and shower were good quality. There was a large fridge as well!

Even though there's a kitchen for cooking, there is no cooking equipment. We asked the front desk for chopsticks and they said no... Also, while I was getting changed after my shower, the hotel manager suddenly walked into the room without knocking. He saw me in my towel and I was really embarrassed. We called the front desk to tell them what happened but they offered no apology..I was really uncomfortable for the rest of my stay.

The room was spacious, including the following: large refrigerator, microwave oven, hot plate cooking, kitchen sink, clothes washing machine, sink and makeup area separate from bathroom, bathtub and shower, and closet space. Almost everything a traveler dreams of. The included breakfast was average but good. S great value for the money. If you have business in the area, this is the best hotel period. If you are here sightseeing, then one full day is quite enough. Check out the local lake park snd move on.

Conditioning did not work. I was told that they switched to a new system and it needed repair but since the hotel is only 3 years old I found this suspicious. They offered us a fan but it never materialized. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is mainly industrial so it is a little bit of a walk to restaurants or the local park - but worth the effort.

Cleanliness

Not specifically about the hotel but the address to the hotel listed in Booking.com is incorrect. The address for the J One Hotel for my reservation was listed in Seoul, not Cheongju. Luckily I was able to figure it out because I live in South Korea full time, but the out of country traveler would have been very confused and likely gotten lost.

Hotel has good rooms and fast internet. Breakfast was great with very friendly people.

Front desk guy was not friendly, although I was 2 hours earlier for check in, normal time is 3pm but if I wanted my room I had to pay extra. means the room was available!. Come on for 2 hours can give some good service but this guy need to learn a lot. not professional at all but a pain in the ass for customers.

Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, good breakfast. The hotel's restaurant is a good option if you don't want to leave the hotel. The hotel is just a 20 min walk to small downtown, where is sited several restaurants and stores.

Clean room, great staff, fantastic restaurant on the top floor.

We struggled to cool the room down. Maybe we didn’t fully understand the a/c controls but it ended up hotter than when we started.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. I would consider staying here again in the future. Thanks for having me!

Various choices of foods for breakfast. Excellence in service of staffs.

Bed size should be larger than what you have now. Other than that, everything is great.

Staff was very helpful and cleaning service was great.
