Convenience Shop and restaurants on site.were very convenient. Microwave, kettle and fridge in the room means that you can make quick fast food. However limited cutlery, only chopsticks and spoons. Location was great.

Beware - the second bedroom is Futon beds only - but fine for kids. Beware - no bath towels, only hand towels. We read this on previous reviews so bought our own bigger towels. There are some facilities that are only accessible with a Korean credit card - e.g. the massage chairs. No flexibility on check in time. This is a big hotel so there aren't any personal touches and you can not really ask for anything extra so be prepared and bring what you need.

Super clean, my friend and I can even roll on the floor. You can hardly find any dust on any corner. Also the hotel entrance is just around 100m from the ticket office. A convenience store is on the ground floor of the hotel.

2 restaurants in the hotel are open only for limited hours, not convenient for skii-er who want to try them, although there are food to order inside the resort, but those are not fine restaurants.

We had a great stay at the condominium. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge and other essentials. Hot water and heating are good and sufficient during winter. We got 1 bedroom with proper bed and the other room with ondol. The shuttle van to and fro the train station is on time every 20 mins.

My kids are not comfortable sleeping on the ondol. The pillow is very small. The sleeping matress is thin. Kids woke up with back ache. But it is still good to experience the ondol.

The place is right at the ski resort. It's super convenient to stay and ski here. The apartment is big and clean. There're cafes, restaurants and a G25 convenience store in the hotel and in the ski resort. There're ski schools, ski rental shops only a few steps away from the hotel and from the ski slopes. This is the place to stay if you're going skiing here.

Nice, clean, budget stay around this area where you can golf, swim(summer), stroll and not too far away from legoland (by car); there is a kid's playground indoors; restaurants inside the resort are a bit expensive but not too too costly and decent as well.

There is nothing outside the resort within a walking distance.

Good facilities, convenient driving distance from Incheon airport by rental car (2 - 2.5 hours), decent ski resort, good base for tourist attractions, like the Hwacheon ice fishing festival, good breakfast.

Only tiny hand towels towels in the bathroom, no bath towels to dry after showering. More hand towels were brought on request. We thought this may be a cultural difference but other hotels later on our trip did have bath towels.

Room was clean and spacious (for 3 of us, but could easily fit 4). Loved that there was a convenience store directly below and the ski slopes were literally a 2 minute walk away.

It liked everything specially cleanness, fantastic area, restaurants, staff totally.

checking/checkout time is late and early. breakfast wasn't included, no enough staff English speaker, bedroom windows was closed while curtains were exists.

Very close to the ski slopes which is convenient. Has a decent size supermarket with mostly everything you need. Apartment is very spacious with 2 rooms, living area,kitchen and shared bathroom. Kitchen was equiped with cups/ utensils/ plates etc. Shampoo, bodywash and towels were provided. (Bring your own toothbrush!) Overall good for big groups! our room came with beautiful views of the slopes which was a plus. The staffs were very helpful.

*up to personal preference* The bed and pillows were grossly uncomfortable- They were too soft sinks downwards. Had to pay to enter the gym.. Our room came with free access to sauna else you have to pay for that too.

Location and cleanliness considering how busy the resort js.

Check in is quite strict. We can’t do early check in but luckily can leave luggages on the side though feeling a hit unsafe.
