It's a good place near transportation. The hotel offered toiletries kit, and in the room, it had everything you needed for the bathroom. Also, you can use a computer and television. It's spacious and quiet. You can visit Namiseom and MorningCalm arboretum easily.

It's a good location and the room was clean and comfortable.

There were cigarette burns on some of the furniture and walls, along with stains on many of the walls (looked like old stains, but the room was clean)

I was there on a weekend/public holiday and the prices in this town were very high and the Goodstay Grand Motel was at least payable. But good value it was not (see below). Fast check-in was good.

Maybe it is just the room I got, but it was nothing like the photos on booking.com. Old, dirty, stains everywhere. Even for a smoker like me the smell of smoke was really annoying. Strange kind of bed (was the mattress broken and they fixed it with plastic? or is this actually a plastic mattress?). Noisy (both from the club next door as from the other rooms). Location not ideal (be it for transport or for food or for sightseeing).

I didn't realize that every room in this property is a smoking room. If you're a non-smoker this probably isn't the best place to stay.
