The location was right on the water, not where you can swim but we watched amazing sunsets. The room was clean and comfortable, I wish we had been staying for a longer trip to fully enjoy everything the location had to offer

I did not realize when I booked that you needed to pay for a cabana in order to use the pool. Also, we stayed in the cabin resort not the main hotel and the building did not have an elevator. Not fun carrying our suitcases up and down and a little exhausting after a long day of adventures

Spacious room with kitchenette. Live music with male solo singer in the evening was great.

Small towels for drying body which are hardly comfortable. Staff not very helpful.

The vibe around the hotel which is very lively plus warm welcome by hotel reception who can speak English. The upgraded room was very clean, fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. View of the sea to wake up to. Also nearby has many shops and cafe with seaview to chill which is walking distance from the hotel.

There's not elevator to go up to the room. So you got to bring light stuffs and climb the stairs.

There were no lifts and we had to carry our luggages up to our room

Loved the korean BBQ. and live music each night. Lots of pretty garden area. Apartment was spacy and comfortable, nice balcony.

It would be nice for a pool to be open. The hotel pool was expensive and had restrictive times.

it’s first time to stay caravan. it was not good. first too old and most things were out of order. only convenient is parking. i don’t want to recommend to stay caravan.

change old one and improve all facilities. need to make a clean for swimming pool

Location and room is good . Food in Ara dining is also good. Best part is there are so many futon beds in room.

Staff was very rude . There is no noise cancellation in room. We have to talk and walk very slowly.

The staff were all nice and professional. Seaview is really pretty

We booked the caravan. The bedsheet was not clean enough, especially the bunk beds. Got dusts and we ended up getting allergic reaction. They gave new set of sheet but was only given on the check out day. We usually did not care much about hard bed but the main bed in this property can’t even be considered a bed. We also paid additional money for bbq, but the coal that they give did not even last for 40 minutes. Could not even cook anything and ended up throwing all of the dinner that night because everything was still raw.
