Good location & great value for the price

Seemed like the quality of housekeeping varies depending on the day/staff. Convenience store inside the resort has very limited selections of items and the items were quite pricey.

Centrally located in the Jungmun beach area of Seogwipo city.

The reception staff while helpful lacked good english skills (save a supervisor during check in). We didn’t speak Korean and google translate can get a little lost doing its work.

It was located close to the places we wanted to visit. Hence, it was easy to move between the hotel and different sites.

The place is very clean, beds are very comfort and the apartment is very good for family. it has big refrigerator, dishwasher, washing mashing, gas stove and electrical oven.

I did not like the Jacuzzi as the water was not clean. may be because it was not used for long.

It is near JoongMun Beach. It takes only 2~3 minutes to get to the Beach parking lot. so near the beach. Rooms are so spacious and cozy. Everything is so wonderful.

I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days but they didn't clean the room at all. They just refilled new towels. I don't know why.

The house was very clean and big. We had a bathroom for ourselves. It is close to the beach.

There are only a few eating places nearby.

Amazing apartment sized space in a great location on Jeju! We were grateful to have enough space for our family (2 adults, 3 children 15, 12, 9). The location was great, lots of things to see and do nearby. The proximity to the beach was fantastic! Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a real bonus for us, especially when we were hiking or swimming most days. We also liked having the electric kettle to make coffee and ramen.

It said that there would be plates, bowls, silverware, cookware, etc., available to use in the apartment, which was only partly true. There were only 3 or 4 plates, 3 bowls, and absolutely no silverware or kitchen ware available anywhere. Use the frying pan to make eggs? Have fun flipping the eggs because there was nothing to use. We ended up buying plastic spoons and forks from a local grocery store/Daiso to get by.

The size of the apartment was great- 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 1 WC.

The apartment smelled old and no laundry detergent was provided; had to be purchased from front desk.
