Very beautiful and tranquail hotel. The room is spacious with 1 Queen and 1 single size beds. The hotel frontdesk staff, restaurant, conceige are very friendly, helpful and speaks some English. The breakfast is fulfilling. Free shuttle bus is provided to 'post office' and can start exploring from there. WE hotel also has wellness program - Stress relax and Safe rest - price range from 22,000 - 50,000 won. Public bus are abundant but only accept card payment ( CU or T card ) card since Oct 2024. This transport card are available from ' Nice to C U ' convenience store. I like WE hotel very much and might come back if time permits. Jeju is a very beautiful island and the food is great and very affordable.

The concierge Mr Tak was amazing. He helped us from the day we arrived until we left. From ensuring we got the right bus at the airport and then even arranging transport when we realized we missed our stop to get the hotel taxi. He also went above and beyond to help my husband with a severe back ache he had upon arrival. He arranged an appointment at a doctor, arranged the transport to and from and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Thanks Mr Tak for your incredible service.

Location was very isolated. The activities did not have English translation so even though I joined it was not very interesting or informative. There was an information paper provided, it helped a little but the experience was lost. It would be good to mention it’s only in Korean so that foreigners can decide if they will attend or not.

I liked the choice not to have the bedding cleaned daily, for environmental reasons. The facilities were good and the shuttle bus service was very helpful. I liked the decor in the bar area.

I didn’t enjoy the canned music EVERYWHERE; for example in the woods it detracted from the peace and calm of the spot, which was beautiful. The food at the bar was extremely overpriced. There was not enough availability of sessions - we only managed to book one in our 4 day stay. This was disappointing as these were one of the features that attracted us to stay at WE. Lastly, the paid sauna experience was very underwhelming - hardly different from the free one. I personally found the outside jacuzzi a little too hot and the outside pool too cold. The inside pool was fine but lacked atmosphere. I didn’t appreciate all the plastic flowers; for me, I would rather see a few real plants, or just nothing: plastic is tacky. In a bedroom for three, two cups were not enough.

We stayed 6 nights at the We Hotel. First of all, we were welcomed with fresh fruit, a personally written note, and a bottle of red wine, fantastic. The room was beautiful, very clean, and spacious. We had a view of the mountains and the sea. The hotel is located in a very beautiful forest. The breakfast offers a lot of choice and includes many healthy and vegetarian options. We used the wellness facilities such as aqua calming and crystal singing bowl, which were included in our booking. These were delightful and of high quality. The pool and sauna are very nice and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Jeju. The manager Sangjoo Kang often chatted with us and had great recommendations for the island. The staff was very attentive and friendly. In short, a top experience. We will definitely come back!

Wow! What a beautiful hidden gem. We loved our stay and the highlight was the amazing spa/mineral cold pool/sauna. I felt so refreshed and energised every day we utilised it. The property is not too close to main attractions, so a car is a must. They do have a shuttle to the local area where you can walk to Cheonjeyeon Waterfall (so beautiful) and visit the citrus farm. We had a nice slow stay here and would definitely come back. The staff speak English well and the housekeeping are very sweet and do an excellent job at making your room up each day.

Grand entrance hotel with a luxurious feel! Location is a good 45min from Jeju airport so it wasn’t too bad. Facility itself is great! Spacious room & nice big beds. Unfortunately at the time of our booking, the indoor pool was under construction and couldn’t be used so that was a bummer. They do have a healing indoor pool & provide free classes. Staff were accommodating & very friendly! Always checking up on us if there’s any further improvements needed. I believe the hotel manager farewelled us on our departure which was really nice. Beautiful place & great stay overall!

The only thing I didn’t like was that during our free class in the healing indoor pool, we weren’t told about wearing swimming cap is a mandatory practice in settings such as this & there weren’t any information regarding this prior. We obliged by the rules ofc but we weren’t given any explanation as to why and so when one of the staff came around we asked them & he was nice enough to tell us it’s for hygiene & cleaning purpose to wear swimming caps in the indoor healing pool. We just got worried as we didn’t know any information about it but all good otherwise.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was kind that they offered free wellness classes (we went to the singing bowls and it was lovely). The spa/swimming facilities were great.

We ate at the hotel and it seemed overpriced for what it was ( I had the pork and my partner had a burger which was served with what looked like oven chips). Sadly if you don't hire a car the location is a little inconvenient- there is a shuttle bus down to Jungnum and from there you can reach bus routes.

The location and the medical and beauty services was very convenient. I will surely come back to do it again. Also the wellness programs are amazing. Sue was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was also exceptional. I almost missed my flight because of the heavy snow but they went above and beyons to get me a taxi to the airport. I didn’t get his name but whoever it is on the morning of 10/01/25 at the front desk, thank you so much.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking.

We stayed at the hotel on 22.9-27.9. We arrived in Jeju Island and wanted to rent a car, but we had a problem with the international license we issued, so no company agreed to rent to us. We had to get to the hotel by taxi and change the entire schedule we had planned. When we arrived in the hotel, we were upset and sad, because of the situation and shared about it the reception and the concierge. From that moment, they did everything to encourage and help us. The staff was lovely, helpful, caring. Mr Kim from the reception together with another employee welcomed us in the check in, in a very pleasant and warm way. Mr. Tak, the concierge, was very nice and after the check-in, when he heard about what happened to us, He sat with us and helped us to plan a schedule that could be done with the hotel's shuttle, buses and a taxi. From that moment, every time we met Mr Tak, he asked how we were doing, what we did and where we traveled and if we were having fun. Such a high level of service!!! I will continue to refer to the very tasty and varied food at breakfast, the delicious dishes that can be ordered at the hotel's bar, the hotel's restaurant and room service, for lunch and dinner. Also I would like to refer to the amazing pools. There are 2 pools - outdoor and indoor. There is also a hot jacuzzi next to the outdoor pool. The indoor one is heated and you can swim in it even on a cool evening. We went to the pool every day after a whole day of traveling and it was just a great fun. The hotel itself is lovely, its' area, the bar in the lobby which was very pleasant to sit in and order something to eat and drink and hear piano playing from the lovely pianist Sveta. Our room was very nice, big, with comfortable bed and a very nice view of the sea. The areas around the hotel to walk in are charming and pastoral! Gardens, grass, trees, forest and a small lake with a waterfall and fish.

Loved the view from the room, the breakfast, the wellness program, the outdoor jacuzzi, the park and forest by the hotel. I especially liked the evening concerts of pianist Svitlana Kolieva. I would go back again to hear more of her music! I think it was a great decision to organize such evening concerts - it creates a special atmosphere and makes the holiday even more memorable All the hotel staff I communicated with during my vacation were very friendly
