This hotel was in a beautiful setting, surrounded by forest with some short walks available from the hotel, with a fantastic view of the forest and coast out our window.  It was also accessible - part of the reason we chose it is because we didn't have a car and they offer a shuttle service into Jungmun, where you can get a bus down to the beach or on to Seogwipo. It's also easy to get a taxi to other locations closeby such as Seogwipo natural forest. The staff at the hotel were all really friendly and helpful, offering recommendations. And Tak the concierge manager, and his colleagues, were fantastic in helping us get to the hotel and around. The facilities of the hotel were also excellent - a lovely indoor and outdoor pool, health facilities, and a comfortable lobby with a piano player in the evening.  The restaurant served good quality food, with vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner, and the staff were very attentive. We would highly recommend this hotel, we had a very relaxing stay here and it was also a well located base to explore the surrounding areas.

Very beautiful and tranquail hotel. The room is spacious with 1 Queen and 1 single size beds. The hotel frontdesk staff, restaurant, conceige are very friendly, helpful and speaks some English. The breakfast is fulfilling. Free shuttle bus is provided to 'post office' and can start exploring from there. WE hotel also has wellness program - Stress relax and Safe rest - price range from 22,000 - 50,000 won. Public bus are abundant but only accept card payment ( CU or T card ) card since Oct 2024. This transport card are available from ' Nice to C U ' convenience store. I like WE hotel very much and might come back if time permits. Jeju is a very beautiful island and the food is great and very affordable.

The WE Hotel Jeju was a very pleasant stay. Everything was completely clean. The on-site restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was very tasty and generous. The hotel has an ambience of relaxation and self-care. We visited towards the end of summer and there were families and children. The staff were lovely and accommodating and made every attempt to speak English but there was a language barrier under certain circumstances. The on-site convenience store was cheaper than the bars and restaurants. The location of the hotel is fabulous: quiet and surrounded by nature.

The spa treatment options were lovely but perhaps a little expensive. The convenience store was more expensive than normal convenience stores and closed at night and did not have much variety.

The staff from reception to services were all phenomenal. I've never felt more welcomed at a hotel before and they all went over the call of duty to deliver great service. Everyone made an effort to use English and talk with us, treat us well and help us enjoy our stay as much as possible. The pianist/musicians at night in the lobby were a nice surprise, and the aqua calming treatment was very relaxing.

Really just a few little things which are not the hotel's fault. The location isn't great and there's not enough to do to make up for the location unless you are serious about having some procedures done. But it was incredibly peaceful. You need a car to be able to leave for the day and come back at night. Wish we could've accessed netflix or some streaming services from the TV at night

The concierge Mr Tak was amazing. He helped us from the day we arrived until we left. From ensuring we got the right bus at the airport and then even arranging transport when we realized we missed our stop to get the hotel taxi. He also went above and beyond to help my husband with a severe back ache he had upon arrival. He arranged an appointment at a doctor, arranged the transport to and from and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Thanks Mr Tak for your incredible service.

Location was very isolated. The activities did not have English translation so even though I joined it was not very interesting or informative. There was an information paper provided, it helped a little but the experience was lost. It would be good to mention it’s only in Korean so that foreigners can decide if they will attend or not.

Everything! Our stay at WE Hotel was outstanding – a perfect combination of healthy and tasty cuisine, restful atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings. The staff were unfailingly kind and attentive, including in the restaurant where we ate breakfast, a salad lunch and two magnificient dinners, but also elsewhere. Special thanks to Tak, the concierge, who was so helpful and in contact throughout our stay! All facilities worked seamlessly without extra charges. Excellent value and a truly memorable experience!

We liked everything.

I liked the choice not to have the bedding cleaned daily, for environmental reasons. The facilities were good and the shuttle bus service was very helpful. I liked the decor in the bar area.

I didn’t enjoy the canned music EVERYWHERE; for example in the woods it detracted from the peace and calm of the spot, which was beautiful. The food at the bar was extremely overpriced. There was not enough availability of sessions - we only managed to book one in our 4 day stay. This was disappointing as these were one of the features that attracted us to stay at WE. Lastly, the paid sauna experience was very underwhelming - hardly different from the free one. I personally found the outside jacuzzi a little too hot and the outside pool too cold. The inside pool was fine but lacked atmosphere. I didn’t appreciate all the plastic flowers; for me, I would rather see a few real plants, or just nothing: plastic is tacky. In a bedroom for three, two cups were not enough.

We stayed 6 nights at the We Hotel. First of all, we were welcomed with fresh fruit, a personally written note, and a bottle of red wine, fantastic. The room was beautiful, very clean, and spacious. We had a view of the mountains and the sea. The hotel is located in a very beautiful forest. The breakfast offers a lot of choice and includes many healthy and vegetarian options. We used the wellness facilities such as aqua calming and crystal singing bowl, which were included in our booking. These were delightful and of high quality. The pool and sauna are very nice and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Jeju. The manager Sangjoo Kang often chatted with us and had great recommendations for the island. The staff was very attentive and friendly. In short, a top experience. We will definitely come back!

Wow! What a beautiful hidden gem. We loved our stay and the highlight was the amazing spa/mineral cold pool/sauna. I felt so refreshed and energised every day we utilised it. The property is not too close to main attractions, so a car is a must. They do have a shuttle to the local area where you can walk to Cheonjeyeon Waterfall (so beautiful) and visit the citrus farm. We had a nice slow stay here and would definitely come back. The staff speak English well and the housekeeping are very sweet and do an excellent job at making your room up each day.

I wanted to stay longer, so nothing at all!

The location and the medical and beauty services was very convenient. I will surely come back to do it again. Also the wellness programs are amazing. Sue was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was also exceptional. I almost missed my flight because of the heavy snow but they went above and beyons to get me a taxi to the airport. I didn’t get his name but whoever it is on the morning of 10/01/25 at the front desk, thank you so much.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking.
