The front desk staff were outstanding, helpful and happy to help with us when needed. The room was clean, large, with a beautiful Mountain View; and the spa bath was in a perfect position to view the tv, and the balcony. The wifi in the room was fast, and the tv was hooked up to the WiFi also, so we could use Netflix/Disney+ and YouTube. The under floor heating and heated bed were added bonuses!

The room would benefit from having some USB plugs in addition to the main plugs.

We ended up staying here because we found our Hanok very uncomfortable, much better to stay here and visit the hanok village with public transport. Very big rooms with lots of facilities and a great bath. We liked the Korean style breakfast.

When we arrived we couldn't find any staff to check us in which was a bit weird, but later this was made up to us. We received beautiful rooms as the airco in one of the rooms didn't work.

beautiful property with great amenities! despite the language barrier with staff, staff were incredibly kind and i didn't have any issues during my stay. the check-in / check-out processes were incredibly simple too.

the immediate neighborhood is mostly just flashy motels which made me feel a bit apprehensive about going out at night (but i never actually felt unsafe!). not super conveniently located but it wasn't an issue for me- just be prepared to either utilize public transport or take taxis to get to more touristy areas!

The room was spacious with a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub and comfortable bed. It featured a large flat-screen TV with Netflix, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood is packed with hotels and motels, but still, the location is really convenient.

Easy to find with very friendly staff. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Very good value 👍🏽

The bed and pillow sheets are noisy. Creates a disruptive sleep experience and could hear upstairs guests throughout our stay.

Comfortable and clean room which comes with a tub. Also special is the clothes steaming machine

Management was nice but I was ask for no smoking but someone was smoking near of us most every night :(

Clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very accommodating upgrading us last minute to a bigger suite. They took care of our car parking and tried their best to accommodate us. Overall great experience.

Location , friendly staff, room , bathroom and spa bathtub was really big. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back
