The suite was spacious, shower and bathroom was spacious too and water pressure was good. Plenty of parking lots and it was very handy. Driveway to the beach is convenient and stores are nearby. The room was clean.
I used the highball service on the first night and it tasted awkward, like cough syrup. So we didn't get it on the 2nd night.

The room was beautiful and the staff really helpful and friendly. The beach (surfing spot) was close and the bus stop is almost in front of the hotel.
The room was well equipped but there were only two hangers for dresses etc. we could have used a few more for hanging clothes. But everything else was great!

Hotel room was spacious and bed was comfortable! We had the bigger room and it even had 2 TVs. Staff was also prompt to react and very helpful.

Cleaning lady was the only useful and staff working in the hotel. Easy to book and near a surfer beach. Easy check in. Close to temple. If you are looking for a self check in hotel with streamlined staff and privacy, this is the place.
Staff only available at the bar. Trouble checking in. Was expecting a 6 th floor room but kiosk didn’t offer it. Called staff and restaurant for help with TV but no one responded. Called restaurant for reservation for dinner meal no answer. Front desk stated dinner sold out and we arrived at 4 pm. Room was smaller than the pictures. AC unit did not blow cold air. Called staff but no response. Not located on the beach. No sidewalk to the beach. Hotel pictures and details need to be updated. No outlet in the bathroom

Nice view of the beach and harbour, plenty of parking spots at the property. Friendly staff.
The room was very tiny, way to hot and no way to turn it off. The breakfast was a set menu of steak

The hotel said they didn’t upload the new pictures on their website. The room we got was completely different from those being advertised on all platforms. Most of the furnishing were flimsy. Refrigerator was broken.
