The hotel is nice and very clean. I could not find it based on the map and I asked a random woman walking down the road and it turned out she worked there and was also very nice.

I could not cool the room down. I made changes to the thermostat but it did not work. I also did not like that the remote for the TV had no options other than on/off, change channel, and volume. I do not speak spanish and would have loved to change the language, but this remote had no guide option. Also, the bathtub was very narrow near the drain (where I stood to shower). If I turned sideways, my feet reached both sides (I am a 45.5-46). It was wierd as standing my feet on the sides would curl up. Also, while like the design of the shower, water got everywhere on the floor quickly.

Fabulous hotel with convenient cafeteria for dinner and breakfast. Cafeteria staff were very accommodating. Lovely room. Secure private parking for motorbikes which was key for us.

The parking is accessed by ringing a bell at the top of a steep ramp and holding a piece of card to the camera, which is challenging from a motorbike. Reception staff instructions for accessing the car park need to be improved. Stop close to the entry unit on the left of the ramp at the top to make it easier if arriving by motorbike.

Personnel at reception exceptionally helpful and kind. I initially was assigned a room which turned out had a strong smell of cigarette, and reception immediately transferred me to another room.

Cannot bring pets (even a tiny dog) to the breakfast area... Location is nothing particularly glamorous but handy for attending events at Motorland. Noisy HVAC system in room which can't be totally turned off (it was OK once turned down to idle).

We stayed as part of a track group, the staff are great and very accommodating. They were really helpful and friendly, went above and beyond! The Food in the bar was really good as was the breakfast buffet, we didn't have dinner in the main restaurant. Plenty of good drink options in the bar. Great location to get to the race track. We had a triple room, there was plenty of space, it was clean and comfortable. We walked towards the main town, we found most places near the hotel don't open in the evening, but did find a few places 20mins walk away. There's also a Lidl across the road which was very handy. The only thing missing was hot drink making facilities in the room.

Excellent location. Great staff. Super little cafe and restaurant. Good was good and varied. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Will definitely visit again

The pillows were quite hard. But we coped. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work well

Very helpful and friendly reception staff that speak many languages. Our room had a bath, and we ate in the restaurant which was very very good. One of the best entrecot I've ever had! Substantial breakfast as well.

loved the service, the food was excellent, we enjoyed the tapas in the cafe/bar and a meal in the restaurant. hotel & room were spotless and the shower was good. aircon v efficient as were the blackout curtains.

no kettle in the room (to be fair they didn’t say there would be!) the twin beds were on wheels & moved around if you turned over in the night…

Smart looking hotel on the edge of town. We had dinner and the food was amazing! The bed was comfy and air con is a blessing. The domestic staff was very helpful.

I would have preferred to have had dinner in the restaurant rather than the bar area with the TV on in the background. I would also have liked a kettle in the room.
