Breakfast was great and the dinner was even better. Good alue for money and lots of delicious & high quality foods to choose from. Especially at the dinner buffet! Good variety of meats, salads, pizzas, tacos & great desserts! I also liked the infinity pool & the activities they had for my 11yo son. I was glad we chose the hotel and not an apartment instead.

I think it's probably the best hotel in the area but I would not choose to stay here without kids. There were many families with babies and young children. That's why it gets a bit noisy at the breakfast table and by the pool.

Everything about this hotel was pleasing. Checkin was smooth and efficient, the bar and pool areas were clean and well staffed. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with lovely soaps and shampoos. Although the hotel was busy, the room was very quiet at night. The beachfront and access was easy and well maintained and just a short walk to the marina area. WiFi was a little weak but probably due to the volume of users. We were sorry we only had time to stay for one night.

The car parking prices were a little high and there wasn’t much parking on the streets outside.

I was not happy to leave my children alone in the Kid's Club. We went down there two days to play. However, the staff are completely overwhelmed. The young girl on the front is trying her best. The gentleman was not helping in her in the slightest.

Hotel was exceptionally clean in all areas, cleaning going on a the time. Room was a good size and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

We had to wait in line for 25 minutes to check in, with only 2 parties in front of us. There was a second desk available but it remained unstaffed. This was disappointing after a very long car journey. Much of the "hot" breakfast food on display was only lukewarm, and there were no warmed plates available. However, there were microwaves we coukd use and it was possible to get freshly cooked omelette and pancakes from the chef, who was extremely helpful.

First impressions of this hotel when you drive through the front gate are very favourable and as soon as you walk through the front doors it just gets better. The gentleman on reception was extremely polite and helpful and although we were too early to book in he gave us security cards to help us get in and out of the hotel and sent us on our way to explore with a promise to call us as soon as the room was ready. There are bars and restaurants throughout the hotel but we chose to walk to a local beach bar around 100 metres away and sat on the sand with a beer and tapas. Sure enough we received our telephone call to say that the room was ready and we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. There is a very nice sea view from the balcony and the bathroom is probably one of the brightest and biggest I've ever seen. Breakfast was a self service buffet in the restaurant but there was plenty of choice and we were certainly not disappointed. When we checked out next morning it was the same gentleman on reception, and even though we had only stayed for one night he gave us a complimentary bottle of water each for our onward journey together with a free sunscreen for the windscreen of our car, a very nice touch and very gratefully received. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

What we really like is where the hotel is situated: the sea was just a minute walk. Also, the programs and animation for children were a big highlight.

We had quite a lot of problems with our room: no WLAN within the room, both sinks in the bahtroom were clogged, and then the toilet broke. We would have been happy if they offer us the change the room.

The hotel was very generous offering chocolate and champagne. The beds were very comfortable, the staff very friendly. The hotel is exactly at the beach and the pools are creating a lovely view. The staff at the bar really know to make good cocktails.

Some machines in the playing area were not working.

The hotel has a perfect connection located right by the sea—lots of attractions for adults and children. I used the SPA and massagers ( highly recommended).The two ladies in SPA were very nice, and made me feel relaxed and comfortable like in my own home. The room was large, with comfortable beds and a beautiful terrace.

The hotel is in Alcossebre not in Castellon city and is a bit far from there. There is nothing to do outside the hotel if you want to explore. The hotel is perfect for adults with children, not for single adults or friends travelling together.

Internet was very bad doesn’t work properly. I was on 4 floor and in 4 days i have to go down in the lobby to use it 😒😒😖. The staff could be more friendly
