The hotel in located right in the center of the town, slightly hidden. Beautiful lobby and garden, modern jaw dropping toilet. The room was just perfect, the view gorgeous. Staff was very kind and friendly.

It's a SPA hotel, which means that the access to the spa facilities should be included in your stay price, but it's not. Extra 22euros for an hour and a half of swimming pool seems to be way too much. So me and my friend skipped it and we felt somehow disappointed and cheated on. I have never experienced an extra charge for a swimming pool before anywhere in the world.

Arrived 3 hours early to ask if we could leave our bags in reception and the staff said we could check in early as a room was ready. The room was divine, peaceful, so clean and comfortable. The spa session was well worth it to rest after the camino. Pool with various jets to massage body, very good hot sauna and steam room as well as jacuzzi. We had to buy swimming caps to use in spa but there was a Chinese shop within a 5 min walk of hotel to buy for less than 2 euros.

Everything, it’s my favourite hotel in Astorga. This was my third stay. Excellent service. Located across from the Gaudi museum. Peaceful quiet room that faced the gorgeous green courtyard with the sound of the birds and a water fountain. Comfy bed and linens, beautiful decor. I even had a bathtub, which is a wonderful boon for a weary pilgrim after a 25km walk. Delicious breakfast included in the price.

I don’t think if you are a resident in the hotel you should have to pay for the spa facilities. For non-residents it cost €24 for residents it cost €22. Absolutely no reason to stay in the hotel? Also I went to order a drink in the terrace and was dismissed by a female waiting staff. I was just after my walk and may well have looked dishevelled but I should not have been treated that way. Others who were not staying in the hotel were not treated that way!

Fabulous spot along the Camino, close to the Cathedral and Gaudi palace. My room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable! The best part was the woman who checked my in at reception. I went a little earlier than normal check in, and she saw that I was under the weather and worked some magic and got me a room. It was so nice to have a rest for a while. I saw her again when I checked out the next morning and she was lovely again! Great service!

The waiter was very accommodating, attentive, and friendly. It was a cold evening, and he brought us soft, cozy blankets so that we could cover ourselves while eating dinner. Also, he made excellent dinner recommendations. He knew we were Pilgrims walking El Camino de Santiago, and he talked to us for a bit and remembered the next day we were walking again the next morning. Both women at the reception were friendly and accommodating.... one gave ice to cool off my knees after a long walk, and the other one answered all our questions about the hotel services. Lastly, the massage therapist was excellent! I needed a massage on my legs after a long walk, and he worked miracles!!! I walked the next day without any issues

The design of the room on the 4th floor was awkward. It took some time to get used to it after banging our heads several times on the low ceiling.

Very comfortable hotel, nice spacious room. Super well located. Very nice staff. Good food in their restaurant.

In a age where water is so precious, in a Spanish region where it doesnt rain that much and droughts are frequent, it is surprising to have a system of heating water that takes almost 5 minutes of runing water to get it hot for the shower. All that water wasted.... Not the hotel's direct fault, obviously. But this is something the builders have to consider.. A pity!

If you are walking the Camino then consider treating yourself to a night here. It has a lovely spa and fluffy towels - just what is needed! Lovely big room and comfy bed. Location is excellent for the Cathedral and the Gaudi Palace and on the Camino route. Bar and restaurant so if you don’t feel like walking you don’t need to.

Couldn’t get the overhead shower to work but the rest was great.

Good hotel with a great location. Walking distance from the sites, the centre, and stations. Comfortable and clean lodgings.

Wifi was okay in the room, better in the lobby. The first receptionist was great when we arrived to check in, but we couldn't find anyone at the desk in the morning, checking out early. Otherwise, we had a very comfortable stay.

I rested so well before I continue my Camino . I will remember room 308 😊😊. The staff at the reception was so helpful , not only she get me a reliable cab , she also wished me and my sister well plus a great great surprised chocolates handed to me at my room because it was my birthday . Her name is Eleanor ( if I understood her correctly) , a pretty lady with long pleated hair . She is the one that made me felt at home 😊😊
