I love this place, it’s the 5th time I’m visiting and will definitely go back. Both reception staff are great, going out of their way to make your stay pleasant.

Unlike during my previous stays, both the restaurant and the spa (services) were closed. This is a pity as you have to find creative ways to get your lunch and dinner (especially when everything was closed in Camprodon). I really hope that the restaurant re-opens.

Location in the nature, stunning furnitures and settings of the hotel + swimming pool, restaurant and bar; high quality of the materials used everywhere and very cozy; a lot of parking lots next to the hotel

People at reception couldn't speak a word in English...quite unusual; breakfast layout should be replanned as it is a bit uncomfortable as it is now (people is queuing in the small place to get food, marmelade is in another room though, and the only waiter present doesn't have time to prepare coffee for everybody at the same time...while breakfast timetable is compulsory and quite short); SPA was closed except for a small pool and massages.

Amazing views on the mountains! Rooms are cozy and beds are comfortable. Restaurant is very good, but you need to book table for dinner. Also, SPA should be booked in advance too. The SPA is quite small: mini pool with two jacuzzi spots and 3 lounge beds.

We were not aware about required booking for the SPA, that's why we had only 30 min before another booking. Anyway, the staff was nice to let us in without booking.

Had a superior double and the room and the view were very nice. The restaurant has an excellent view and setting, Food is very good. Great getaway.

To be perfect, I would move the paddle tennis courts somewhere else. Breakfast is good, but a little below the overall experience. Bear in mind I say this to go from 9 to 10. But if you consider the price of the hotel, it is a 10.

The location is breathtaking and the detail to attention was marvelous. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. Very warm and cozy atmosphere yet chic and elegant at the same time

Only thing I can remark is that more drinking water could have been provided but aside from that everything was magical.

Breakfast was exceptional.

Food was good and quite creative. Liked all the woodwork throughout the property.

Spa pool water was not very warm. Tended to have to ask staff for pool loungers and towels. Felt the staff morale was a bit low. The Padel courts are in a very strange location - right in front of the fantastic views of the mountains.

Place is perfect, is so quiet, the room was very very comfortable, and the facilities were nice. It's good place to relax yourself.

Breakfast is between 8.30 to 9.45, I could be until 10.30h or 11.00. As well as the check out it could be until 12.00h instead to 10.00h.
