The room was comfortable, location only a short walk from Cangas de Onis (which suited us as quieter than I expect it would have been had we been in the centre of town). It was great to have car parking on site and it felt "secure". Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it. It's hard to comment on value for money - what we paid was fine and no complaints but hard to say "good value".

Nothing really to dislike. It's always a bonus to have a kettle and some tea / coffee in the room but it seems to be the norm NOT to provide in the hotels we've stayed at in Spain.

Fantastic Staff, really helpful and friendly especially the young man on evening reception. He booked a table for us at a lovely local restaurant and talked to us about cycling in the local area. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the Roman bridge and town centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is available at an extra charge if you need it and parking is free and onsite. A lovely place to stay.

Plenty of character, very comfortable bed, good shower, all very good

We know it is a property of character but a ramp for wheeling heavy suitcases up to the entrance as an alternative to the 7/8 steps would have been appreciated.

Staff were really helpful and accomodating of everything we wanted to do outside of Cangas de Onis, providing excellent advice on how best to do the Cares Route and visiting Covadonga. Rooms were cleaned and very comfortable with a fridge to keep drinks cold.

Fewer options than I had expected at breakfast.

Excellent location to explore the area. Hotel lovely. My husband & I were on a motorbike tour of Picos. No tea/coffee in the room . No restaurant but lovely 10 minutes walk to centre with lots of bars/restaurant. Roman Bridge at the end of the road.

We booked a attic room which was lovely but small

The room was lovely, with a beautiful large window that faced the mountains and a bungalow with some cattle. It was so peaceful and serene. The staff were kind and helpful, everything was really clean too. Lots of towels which I appreciated, and free toiletries too. It had a mini fridge which was so helpful, and came with some water bottles which was also very convenient. I highly recommend it.

I do wish the window had a curtain I could pull over as the owner of the bungalow across from my hotel room would sit outside facing my window, where he had full view into my room.

This is a lovely hotel in Cangas de Onis 5 min walk from the town centre. Our family room was clean & spacious with a stunning view. So peaceful birds singing outside the window. Staff were so helpful. It has an old-world charm excellent location for discovering this beautiful part of Spain.

The hotel was to a lovely high spec. We were a group of motorcyclists and there was plenty of parking available on site and it was only a short walk into the beautiful town centre.

There was nothing I didn't like the hotel was excellent and the little town is fantastic.

On-site parking is great for anyone going into the Picos with a vehicle. Located right on the edge of Cangas de Onis, the charming little town is easy to explore from there. The guy behind reception gave me great advice when we checked in about how to go up into Covadonga and visit Los Lagos - and did his best to humour my Spanish!

Great location. Having parking available was a plus!!

The pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom vanity was floated with water when turning on the faucet. The breakfast was very simple.
