Location was perfect right next to Plaza Mayor & Cathedral. Our room was fabulous and quiet. The original, period, architectural features throughout the hotel but particularly in the lounge are fabulous.

The noise generated by the fan located next to the wine rack and side door was seriously excessive. The playing of loud music to "mask" the excessive noise of the fan/cooler didn't help either. Would it be possible to locate this fan/cooler on the outside of the restaurant wall and introduce the cooler air into the restaurant via a "pipe/duct that has a noise reducer (baffle) ?

Wonderful stay and our room had a great view. Such a quaint and unassuming hotel in a beautiful old town. Lots of character and great restaurant below for dinners and drinks. Surprisingly very little noise at night. Location is meters away from the main cathedral and square with quite an upward walk to the top end of town, but this was to be expected! Can highly recommend this hotel and really worth a visit to Cuenca!

The location was brilliant for exploring the historical sites with plenty of bars and eateries. Although I would recommend the attached restaurant with its excellent menu and support staff. The hotel provided a discount ticket for a 24-hour carpark particularly useful for extended stays.

Oh! Found myself locked in the bathroom. Faulty lock, fortunately, my wife used a coin to free me. Didn't report this.

We stayed in a beautiful room on the third floor with views of the mountains and city. The hotel is at a 2 min walk from the Plaza Mayor so very conventiently located to explore the old city and take the bus to the train station.

There was no pan integral or yoghurt for breakfast that was a la carte (overall fine).

Excellent situation close to the Plaza Mayor with parking close by. We had a huge room in the attic space which was interesting.

Although we've been to this hotel several times we found the directions in the city to the Casco Antiguo were very poor, coming through the city centre. We'd still come back to the hotel though.

On arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful room with spectacular views from both windows.

In the evening we had to wait over an hour for a table for dinner. I would have preferred to be told there were no tables and we would have gone elsewhere. The food was not good and very expensive. The restaurant staff were average. Aside from the restaurant, our stay was perfect.

Good location. We parked the car in the car park for 17.50 euros. There was free parking further up the hill but it was a long walk down to the hotel. The restaurant was good but we only had a pizza plus apple salad. We ate breakfast in the plaza mayor. The reception staff varied from pleasant to very friendly.

The plumbing was noisy from other rooms.

We loved the place itself. It is so beautiful! The building is majestic. The room was big and comfortable. The bed was very nice. The stairs are beautiful. Everything in it was breathtaking. The view from our room was spectacular. We wanted to stay there and just look out the windows! The restaurant was attended by very nice, educated, well mannered young men. The food was delicious.

Great location right near Plaza Mayor. Staff friendly and helpful. Decent restaurant/breakfast place attached. Room was a good size - we asked for a room on a higher floor with a view.

This is a hotel right in a historic building in the old city, so no parking. But there is a paid garage just up the street. Parking rate was high - would be nice if there was a discount (or free) for hotel guests.

This room was lovely! And the bathroom was fantastic! The entire place had a great feel and was within easy walking distance of the sites of the city. Parking isn't on site but is easy to get to and close. I wanted to go back. Will on my my next Spain trip.

The staff was professional but not overly friendly. In Spain I had gotten very used to very friendly staff.
