Plentiful breakfast for €17. Room was spacious and well made up for three with one double bed and two singles. Very comfortable firm beds. Friendly staff. Decent eco toiletries. Great location, a few mins walk from a large square with plenty of food options and just over the water from the old town. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bit of confusion with the parking as we arrived on Sunday and the lot was closed, but to be fair the staff was new and had only been working a week. Check with reception what the process is depending on when you arrive. Rug was a bit of a trip hazard in room. Room (411) didn't have much natural light as only had a small window

Great location , friendly staff went out way to assist and help with anything you needed . The girls up front super kind Anna and all the others . They also respond super fast on email . Near shops , restaurants, yet quiet at night and rooms are soundproof to get a good night sleep . Welcome gift very nice and thoughtful touch ! I would definitely come back here again next year..has a special feel.

The rooms are very large which is a plus : but are dated : could use a facelift furniture and flooring etc had a lot of Marks . Housekeeping -put clean room on door and still left dirty glasses all week . They could be inconsistent. But rest of hotel super clean. Would be nice if there was some daily free breakfast-tea croissant for gas in lobby as most European hotels provide . Other than this small things.

Almost everything went well. Friendly, helpful staff; attractive bedroom and public rooms, superb breakfast. Dinner including wine - reasonable prices but not always to our liking (sometimes not hot enough, also too few vegetables). Location perfect - easy access to both sides of the river. Pleased to see that cyclists are welcomed - and facilities available.

Please see above re dinner. Also New Year's Day - no heating! Bedroom exceptionally cold. When heating restored the next day, we could not control the heating which was now constantly too hot - window opened and duvet removed for sleeping.

The reception staff were wonderful so helpful. Husband has mobility problems and they said we could leave the mobility scooter in reception. This helped us enjoy the stay. The location is so good.

Nothing to note. If anything The flooring is looking tired in the room. Could do with a freshen up but not a complaint just a comment. A point for drop off. It is on a small road and you can easily miss when driving. Carpark is very near to hotel.

I was very impressed with the hotel, so welcoming, the rooms are amazingly comfortable, comfortable and spotless. Great restaurant and the food was so delicious, we ate there twice. Each and every staff member were so friendly and helpful, would like to particularly mention Ruben on reception, a credit to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as a perfect place to stay.

The location was great! It was nice to see lots happening in the hotel, there was a fitness facility, restaurant, and a bar for drinks and a casual breakfast with delicious coffee and croissants. There were directions for recycling items from traveling and packaging from shopping. The staff behind the front desk and at the bar were exceptional.

The restaurant food was average, even the recommended dishes. We tried the cod which turned out to be a tiny piece of cod with grated cheese sitting on a cold sweet tablespoon of tomato sauce. That was a main course. I would suggest to take the menu of the day as items off the regular menu seemed premade and microwaved. There were several customers and when we were able to see what they ordered it didn’t look that good. Also some of the dishes were strange such as spaghetti vongole with artichoke (why add artichoke?)and green salad with zucchini (a strange addition to green salad). The actual restaurant looked very nice and inviting.

Great location for old town and site, few minutes walk. Parking easy too. Accessible room - spacious and on 1st floor via lift. Really all about the staff!! Extremely friendly and helpful, customer service excellence.

Breakfast is only served until 9:30 and not cheap (restaurant has partnered with the hotel). Coffee, tea and kettle in room but not stocked as should be - had to ask for more teabags and milk in reception.

Fabulous location in Girona. The rooms were large with a great bathroom and had a small fridge and safe. There was also a kettle for coffee or tea in the room. Staff was wonderful and helpful with information and taxi arrangements. They even had umbrellas for those of us who forgot ours.

Our first rooms bed was not great. We asked to be changed after our first night. The next bed was wonderful with great pillows. The breakfast offered is way overpriced for what you get.

Returned for one night at end of wider trip around Costa brava. Friendly staff and another generous sized room for three adults. Comfortable beds. Great location within a few mins of plenty of eateries. It was good to come back.

Room 111 had a very small opaque window that didn't let much light in.

Clean, comfortable room in the heart of Girona. Set up to accommodate many types of traveller. I brought my bike and had a great tiime.

I think breakfast selection could have been a bit bigger, that said, what was on offer was delicious and staff friendly and happy to help.
