Nice clean and spacious room and shower room. A bit like a motel as it was in a main road with huge parking for cars and lorries. We prefer a rural location but it met our needs and we only stayed one night as moving on. 24 hour restaurant and snack bar. Seems to be used by truckers too. Quite a large hotel and no complaints, but would not have suited us for a longer stay. A good stopover for us. Breakfast was included and was adequate with a choice at the bar /24 hour cafe area There was also a well stocked shop with really nice grocery produce with lovely cheese and meats.

Bit too impersonal for us. The dining area was a bit canteen like and not like a hotel restaurant. The young receptionist did not make any effort to even try to smile in return to mine. She made hardly any eye contact with us and was very curt. Did not feel very welcoming.

- Great option to stay if you're travelling to/from Madrid - Plenty of parking and reception is open late - Bar and restaurant are open 24/7 (which may be isn't a positive all the time :) - Rooms were spacious - You can get breakfast too, but it's not a dedicated breakfast for hotel, you get a ticket and get tostada/juice/coffee in the bar. The funny situation was that when we can for breakfast 5 buses with travellers stopped there and there was a 20people queue to the bar and few places to sit. But, I must admit, the queue was moving fast, observing elderly spanish people was a pleasure and we got the tastiest tostada con jamon and tomate we've tasted in Spain. I'd definitely recommend to try.

- In one of the rooms the shower wasn't working, but we had two, so wasn't a problem for us. I'd definitely stay there if I need to stay in the area again

we stopped here one night while going from Barcelona to Cadiz. It’s location was awesome, right next to the high way so no extra time needed to arrive at the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There’s a big restaurant/facility under the hotel, which was very handy for the breakfast before going back to our trip to Cadiz. We arrived around 11pm at night and the reception was still open.

We had everything we needed, no complaints:)

Initially on our arrival we were allocated a room at the rear of the Hotel overlooking the farm/factory unit Having had this room previously which was noisy from generators etc we refused this room. Eventually after discussing this with the manager we were allocated a room in the area we expected when booking The hotel manager actually upgraded us to a suite which was was very nice and spacious Excellent service as I have always had from Hotel Moya Thanks

Location is perfect for travelling on this road. The room was large, with comfortable bed, bathroom with power shower was good, safe, power sockets, lighting & TV perfect . Breakfast was not included but a light lunch in the cafe/bar was really welcome on our arrival. The lift and undercover parking was appreciated.

The room had enough space for comfortable easy chairs, but there was nowhere to sit and watch TV. Sitting on the bed for TV is not what we would expect in a hotel of this quality.

We always stay at this hotel with my husband's registered guide dog when travelling to Santander by car. We love this hotel and the friendly staff, both in the restaurant and in the hotel. The beds are really comfortable and the food served in the restaurant and bar is of very good quality and is excellent value for money. We love the atmosphere here - whilst it is always busy in the bar, you don't have to wait very long to be served and the people who work in the bar are always very friendly which isn't always the case in other hotels. The receptionist and room attendants are also very friendly. This hotel is definitely our hotel of choice and is very conveniently located near the motorway. Thank you Hotel Moya for once again providing us with a most pleasant stay.

It was all good.

The room was clean and spacious. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English. The restaurant offered a good range of food at reasonable prices. Our evening meal was excellent and good value €15 for 3 courses and a 1/2 bottle of wine. The waiting staff did their utmost to explain in English even though we can get by with our Spanish. No fault of the hotel, but on our journey from Santander to Murcia, it was located a little too far south and to break the journey properly (my fault). Otherwise we would definitely stay there again.

The location and the helpfulness of staff. We were told that there was overnight surveillance of the vehicle park. I cannot verify this but it was generally well lit and spacious. It had electric points for guests whose vehicles required such things.

The coffee in the cafeteria was truly awful, more warm milk than anything else. This is a serious mistake on somebody’s part. The food was acceptable without being worthy of hyperbole and the wine was good. THE COFFEE REQUIRES ATTENTION!

We stayed for one night making our way up to Santander. The hotel is very nice, but a little dated, but clean. The lady on reception was delightful and helpful. The room was lovely and warm, it was a very cold day outside, but inside the room was lovely and warm.

The beds were quite hard which affects my back, but I have a bad back so most beds do, maybe for many people the beds are ok. The one pillow was very small, 2 pillows would be much better. A kettle in the room would have been lovely. I was quite surprised that there was no way of making a hot drink.

Right off the motorway so easy to find and a great location. Cafe/restaurant on site also a filling station. The accommodation is in a beautifully designed and decorated building - not run of the mill at all. The shower was the most amazing I have EVER seen with buttons for body, head, feet AND a seat to sit down and enjoy a back massage - superb. Food was fab in the attached restaurant, open all day. Ample free parking. Highly recommended.
