The hotel is in a nice location above the main road toward one end of town, but close enough to walk everywhere. The manager who checked us in spoke English, which was very helpful for giving our tired brains a rest. The elevator was a nice feature so we didn't have to carry our bags up the curving staircase. Our corner room (#27) had mountain views on two sides. And though it wasn't large, it was comfortable and useful, with a good bed, a big wardrobe, a reading chair, and a small desk and chair for working. Everything was very clean, and we enjoyed walking around Las Arenas. After checkout, the hotel staff let us keep our luggage there until it was time for our bus.

The included breakfast was disappointing: The procedure was very regimented, the food was not so good, and the atmosphere felt a bit unfriendly and brusque. There were a few set times to choose from between 8 and 10 a.m., and you had to tell them the day beforehand which time you wanted. There were only a few choices of things to eat (toast, a small dish of watery yogurt, an orange or apple, and dry cake), and the selection did not change from day to day. The juice was bottled and the coffee was instant. You'll do much better at the panadaria down by the main road.

breakfast is great and the staff are lovely. Couple of supermarkets in town and the hotel has a couple of outside seats where we could eat lunch. Bars in town are friendly and very nice. Travelling with motorbike we parked securely around the back of the hotel which was great.

Really appreciated the contactless check in as we arrived late to the property. Room was very cozy and had everything needed, with the view of the mountains from our window. Breakfast was served by the owner and had a decent selection. The location of the hotel is very convenient for Ruta Del Cares and is also couple minutes away from the city center where there's a good selection of restaurants.

The location was perfect and the views glorious. The room was clean and comfortable and the en suite, although fairly basic, had all we needed. Parking was easy.

Being picky, I didn’t particularly like the double length shared pillow but still slept well.

It’s location, a few minutes walk into the centre of Cabrales and its wonderful Tapas bars. The rooms were spacious and clean, yes it’s an old property and has its issues but did not distract from the comfort and views. Ample parking and the breakfast was a lot of fun as you book a time and then individually served with the same food, all local stuff, cheese, meat, yogurt and very tasty too. Great base for touring the Picos Mountains. Can highly recommend this hotel, you get what you pay for , enjoy the town also. We, a group of motorbikers, would go back in a heartbeat, just a joy to be in both hotel and the town. Local supermarket close too. Loved it all. It’s down to earth and welcomes you.

parking just in front of the hotel, quiet area despite being in walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, bars. the best was being able to sit in the garden and read peacefully. check-in was super simple and no problem that I did my booking 30 minutes before arrival. room was spacious and had a great view with large windows. would come again!

one can hear guests next door. but it gets absolutely quiet by 9:30/10 pm.

The view is incredible. The room is quaint. Breakfast is down in the reception area and the ladies serve you, which can get a bit chaotic depending on how many people are there. They were so sweet with us even though there was a language barrier. I would definitely stay here again. You cannot beat the area. Absolutely beautiful.

The mattress was not very comfortable. We slept on top of the comforter to counteract the springs. But, we are older so maybe that was just us.

A really comfortable, no frills hotel in a beautiful location and I would definitely choose to stay again. The staff were really friendly and provided a fun breakfast. Perhaps some basic Spanish would be beneficial here but don’t let that comment put you off. I smile when I think of my stay here.

It was bank holidays and there was no one at the recwption. The lady sent us a whatsapp message with the explanation of how to get the key with the pin code. It was really easy, and the lady who helped us on the phone was very nice!! She helped us to fix the issue of the room. The location is great, and I love walking to the little square with restaurants, bars, and local products shops. Parking is right outside of the hotel, which is perfect!

Breakfast is included, but I would suggest the hotel offer a better choice of breakfast and fresh orange juice.

We could hear adjacent water flushing, taps and people talking. Driving the narrow streets was interesting depending on how people parked…
