The location was just off the center of town and walkable to many places including the cheese cellars. Near to shops and a fabulous bakery. There was a garage for our car as advertised. The room had a juliette balcony and large bathroom. It was full of character, with stone, and tiles and brick, and a wonderful sitting room with a fireplace to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of the day. The staff was very helpful, especially when we found we had forgotten a corkscrew....which was provided :)

There was nothing I did not like.

Very good location, close to the center, supermarkets and bus stops. The hotel has its own parking but there are some large free parking lots almost next to it too. The staff is super friendly, the room clean and cosy. Although our room was facing the busy street, there was hardly any noise from outside with the windows closed.

My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything. This might not be a problem for everyone, but our neighbour snored through the night like a champion. This can be remedied by earplugs though.

Stylish and lovely hotel, very clean with beautiful and practical rooms (not too big)with everything you need in the mountains. Great valley view from French windows, reasonably quiet at night. Really loved the spacious hall downstairs with an excellent collection of Spanish travel books about the Picos de Europa.

Not much to say, but perhaps a buffet breakfast would be better not to waste some products and make sure everybody gets what they want.

The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly. We originally thought we'd booked a double room but she gave us an apartment which was fantastic as we had a living room and kitchenette as well as a bedroom. Everything in the apartment was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I was on a group holiday walking in the Picos de Europa so the location was perfect for us. The village of Arenas de Cabrales was lovely - lots of bars and restaurants and very easy to get to from Santander airport. They were happy to let us leave our luggage when we went out on an all day walk on our last day. Great customer service.

There is nothing I didn't like!

The location is fantastic. Central to Las Arenas, with great bakeries, bars and restaurants, and surrounded by beautiful mountains. The property was very clean, comfortable with everything needed for a couple of days stay. On site parking very convenient and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Great value. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was good, but better value to go out to buy pastries and drinks.

Comfortable and clean hotel in a great central location in Arenas for all the local facilities, restaurants and bus stops. Very helpful staff. It is also a good place to explore this part of the Picos de Europas. The Ruta de Cares walk is a must as are the various walks from Sotres.

It's only a minor point but we would suggest that the breakfast could be made a bit more varied. For example to serve cheese instead of ham on some days. Also to have different pasties on some days.

Really great location in the centre of town - close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the bus to different hiking spots. Staff were knowledgable and friendly, wifi was good and the room was comfortable and warm. The views to the countryside beyond were lovely.

My room was an attic room in the second building and because of the slanted ceiling I could not sit up in bed without hitting my head. It would have been nice to have an armchair that you were able to sit in and see out the window. On my last night the oil heaters were super noisy which meant going to sleep early wasn't possible and waking up early was guaranteed!

We loved staying here! Everything was perfect. The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet, located in a cosy little town and only 10 minutes away from the most impressive hike we ever did (Ruta del Cares). Unfortunately we werent able to stay longer...

The location was perfect. We didn't bring a car and it was right by the bus stop. It was also walking distance to the bus to take you to Poncebos (the start of the hiking trail) and the Cuevas de Cabrales. The hotel was also very close to an area with many restaurants. The hotel was a beautiful old(?) facility and gave us a large room. The breakfast was hearty and generous and just what you would need if you were going on a hike,

The room they gave us was beside another (locked) room with access to the same bathroom. I suppose it was for a large group staying together but it seemed a bit strange.

Check in and out was simple and staff were very accommodating. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great view.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain . Only It was quite hot during our stay so AC would elevate experience further more.
