Great hotel and terrific value, ideally located. The customer service is first class, they are very attentive and helpful. We originally booked to stay two nights but we ended up extending to four nights. Facilities are great and look new - 4 pools and plenty of outside seating/beds. I would recommend the evening buffet option - it is only 16 euros and there is lots of choice including fish/meat cooked to order.

Don't park at the underground public car park opposite the hotel - very expensive!

Just back from a 4 day stay with my mum and son and had a wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly. The rooms were spotless and spacious and lovely view of pool. Even though it was busy at night we heard nothing in our rooms. The breakfast was by far the best I've ever seen and so much choice. We had the dinner on one evening which was fabulous and great value and once again, huge selection of food. The pools were fab and comfortable sunloungers. The hotel is so central and short walk to beach. Will definitely be back as really enjoyed our stay.

Top quality facilities located in the centre of the strip. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious.

The breakfast was amazing! A lot of variety and the breakfast ends late which is nice. The staff was amazing, they helped us with everything we needed. And had a really good suggestions for us! The decor looks good, they even had live performance in the evening which was nice. A lot of pools and we found that it’s good to park near the big “lidl supermarket” for free. It’s a walk but make sure you drop your luggage first at the hotel and then go to park there.

I think I the room could be cleaner, But isn’t that problematic. I do need to say that the area is full of clubs and nightlife for teenagers which we didn’t know. (In the summer)

The rooftop terrace was delightful with an easy access bar. The loungers were always available and the hotel did not seem full. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of foods and available until 12pm - Great time! The reception staff was attentive and very helpful with any questions, about the area, restaurants, or local spots. The spa offered one of the best massages my partner had ever had!

The male bar staff on the terrace during the day were not as friendly as all the other female staff, I almost felt like they didn't want to be there. I tried daily to be polite and felt they were rather rude at some points.

Very nice and atmospheric hotel with dozens of nice places (terrace, pools, lobby, bars...) to chill in Pleasent surprise are dinners with a variety of food to choose from, decently cooked Location of the hotel is great, we didnt have any issue with noise One of the most comfortable beds we ever slept on Great overall :)

Some of the personnel are really pleasent and attentive but some are grumpy and ignoring you, depends who you meet. Rooftop terrace is beautiful but rarely had a bartender present Cleaning ladies need a checklist - there was very visible dust and toilet wasnt clean from previous guests

We loved the nautical theme, the numerous pools were wonderful and not too crowded. The roof top pool was great and we used it for 3/4 hours daily The bar by the pool was great too, with some fab cocktails and food. The evening entertainment was varied and thoroughly enjoyable . The service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was great and had a huge variety. The bar staff were really generous when making out cocktails and drinks. The cocktails were not the watered down versions you get in some places and were very reasonably priced.

Liked everything

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel within a month. So far, it's the best hotel we've found in Spain. The staff is very pleasant and almost feels like family, the breakfast and dinner are perfect, the beds are large, and above all, the rooftop pools with a relaxation area are exceptional. We plan to visit the hotel again in 3 weeks.

This is definitely not a complaint, just something we noticed as guests regarding small details during our stay: My girlfriend mentioned that it would be good to have an iron in the room and to replace the chairs on the balconies. The aluminum ones are quite uncomfortable for sitting. :-)

Everything was great. Clean, modern comfortable. Very good sound proofing, we didn’t hear anyone from other rooms! Food and service were beyond expectations. They even offered glass of champagne every morning. Pools were lovely. One of the best experiences I’ve had, will definitely come back!

The only things that came to my mind are: weak AC. It was blowing room temperature air even though we set it to 15 degrees. Generally, the temperature in the room was fine but it would be nice to have a bit cooler air when you return from the hot beach. Average coffee. As I coffee lover, I can definitely say that it can de better, but it is not big of an issue. You can hear some noise from the streets during the night as there are many clubs and other hotels. But it is not too much and we could still sleep under such conditions.

Everything was amazing. -good breakfast with a variety of products(we even had cava & chocolate fountain) -clean room with a nice view over the city -at check in we were welcomed with a bottle of cava in the room. Thank you for this surprise - we really started perfectly our honeymoon - 4 pools available - the ones from Avana club are for 100% relaxing on your stay -friendly staff everywhere -we'll come bavk for sure!

It's a vibrant location near to the Lloret clubs so it was pretty noisy at night. But we embrace this and in the end was nice.
