Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everywhere gleamed and it smelled so good. Breakfast was exceptional with great choice. The pool area was lovely with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room and again all very clean. The bar was open all day and staff were very attentive. Lots of places to sit, both inside and outside. All of the staff were friendly and always smiling. Short walk into the old town and not far to the beach.

If you are a light sleeper you might need to bring ear plugs. Our room was facing a busy residential street and there was noise throughout the night. However my son slept 12 hours a night undisturbed so definitely only if light sleeper.

The perfect USB port for me in the TV!(+ HDMI) A bathtub, not a shower stall! The air conditioning is excellent, the pool is decent, the city center, the fabulous Boadella beach is 30 minutes on foot, and the nearest one is 5 minutes, and Fenals is 20 minutes away. Food. Excellent, ordinary, there is lamb, fondue and watermelons!!! SUPER.

The fan in the food hall, which with its drilling sound did not let you sleep either day or night, as the windows of the room overlooked the courtyard. Do not rent rooms with a view of the courtyard! Wi-Fi didn't work at all. But a local map with internet is a great budget! 15 euro 50 gb.

The pool was very good clean with jets and bubbles. The food was freshly cooked, hot and tasty The beds were very comfy although we had a corner room which was small and had a balcony with no privacy. The shower was quirky and seemed to have a mind of its own , however water always hot. All the staff worked very hard and efficiently. The prices of drinks at the bar were very reasonable. Staff were very helpful and we could of changed rooms on day 2 but didn’t want to pack again as only there another 3 days.

The floor around the pool was always wet and potentially slippy to main entrance/ exit at reception. Car parking 20 Euros a day didn’t see any street parking or free spaces. Would of liked a kettle in the room to make drinks.

Loved everything about this hotel. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, great modern, clean room. Great location in the centre yet peaceful and quiet, fantastic crystal clear pool (look at photo!) and sauna, warm jacuzzi, delicious breakfast with so much variety. Wish my brother and i could've stayed more! 10/10 apsolutely recommend.

Wish the outdoor pool was a little bit heated.

Food was fairly good except for kebab last 5 nights had 3 times, reception staff fantastic, cleaners amazing and lovely people, down sides, sun loungers crammed in next to each other, so you had to put up with smokers which we werent happy about, our pool view was lovely, but again bar underneath so constant smoke on balcony, one thing that we found unbelievable and felt sorry for the cleaners was the constant smell of weed on our floor coming from several rooms, (canhabis) dont know about other floors but ours the whole 12 days we were there, the drop off point and collection point was ridiculous which we are taking up with Holiday Extras, if you are elderly, disabled or have mobility problems you are not going to make it there, ( not hotels fault, transfer companies fault) shower and hot water lovely, cleaners if you needed it every day, just lloret was not for us, our flight was 09.55 and we had to be at collection point at 05.20am with our cases up the steep hill, we are in our 70's and lucky quite fit, we found so early was ridiculous and coach was 25 minutes late arriving, we were at airport 3 and a half hours before take off😩😩😩 good thing about hotel, if you are leaving very early morning they will either open dining hall so you can get coffee n juice, no matter how early, we didn't do that out of fear of missing transfer, but they gave us a super packed lunch which they do for everyone which was nice, the big let down for us was the terrible internet, almost non existant in rooms unless late at night or through the night, really disappointing, other wise if you can sort the transfer out all in all a good hotel👌👌

Internet connection in rooms and even round pool and the constant strong smell of weed all along our floor, (cannibas)

The receptionist was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! She was efficient, helpful and very caring to myself and my cousin. There was a very positive atmosphere in the hotel. Everyone seemed happy to be at work, from the people who cleaned the room, to the chefs and waiters … extremely pleasant! Bus station just around the corner. €10 pp to the airport!

Hotel room very small! But it was very good value.

The location was ideal, close to a supermarket and around areas of bars and restaurants.The bed we had was very comfortable. Enjoyed the sun loungers area .

The pool was freezing , once you get in and move around it's ok. The room we were in was facing a street with a little balcony but I would have liked a balcony facing the pool area. It was a bit noisy at night on the street but it settles down .

The breakfast and all other melas were wonderful. Polite staff in the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The swimming pool it was clean and with comfortable loungers.

A little more room comfort would be helpful during your stay. Any hanger tower rack in addition in the bathroom would be fine.

Staff very nice. Rooms clean and beds changed every day. Good choice of food in restaurant each night. Only 5 to 6 mins walk to beach and centre of town

Rooms very small.. only 1 fit on balcony. Pool away too small for amount of people staying. Missed in reviews it's animal friendly. No towels one day until after 3pm???

Everything was so great, rooms were clean and spacious and people who work there are awesome. Dinner was more than we expected, we really enjoyed every day of our stay😊 Great value for the price, definitely would come back again

Breakfast could be a little bit better and diverse but everyone can find something for themselves so it wasn't really that big of a deal or a "dislike" for us
