It was in the center of the city. There is a free parking nearby. They let us check in a bit earlier because we have caught the rain.

The room for three was actually meant for two people, they just put another bed and because of that the room was to small, difficult to move in. The glass curtain in the shower was too short and as a result after the shower the toilet was wet.

The river/mountain view from the balcony was superb, the location of the hotel is excellent to get to the hot springs and a daily entry ticket for the was provided for free. The staff were very welcoming, patient, attentive and humorous - providing what seemed to be a 24hr service. The room was clean and the excellent daily cleaning service kept it so. It was 30+° during our stay and the room was cool enough resulting in a comfortable night's sleep. It was great to wake in the morning with the sound of the river and the birds and to sit at night with the bats and occasionally entertainment from the pavilion below.

The amenities are basic/not there. It would have improved our stay if there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room and small fridge. However, you can purchase what you need from the bar downstairs that was open when we needed it but not having those facilities did affect our overall enjoyment. The beds are two singles pushed together, although they were comfortable and extra pillows were provided. We had some issues with the toilet flush, which the staff seemed to have the ability to fix when needed. A small table on the balcony would have been nice. We did not use the spa or restaurant during our stay so could not comment on this.

The price for such an extremely small room was a bit too much.
