Location , pool, wonderful hosts ! Excellent evening meal with Maddie and Mark . We were cycling Andalucia and Mark was also a cyclist so lots of chatting ! Breakfast in a beautiful new addition to the old finca with paintings done by Maddie .

Gorgeous location and lovely pool area, the house is comfortable and well appointed. We really enjoyed Mady's hospitality!
A few things to know: Access is tricky, don't trust Google, ask Mady for directions! No air conditioner, there is a fan.

we loved to pool and the welcome beer with the innkeeper. I was a lovely place to wind down between visiting bustling cities.
only one pillow. that’s my only complaint. I’m sure they would have given us another one if I had asked…

We liked the very peaceful setting. We liked the breakfast. We liked the shower.
This property is way off the beaten track, the final part on an unmade up road. Not what we expected and inconvenient considering the fact that we had to drive back along the long track in order to get dinner. Anyone arriving in the dark would be seriously challenged to find the property since the signing from the main road was barely visible and not very clear. Montefrio is short on good restaurants, there are various ones listed, but few of them were open in May - could be better in July and August.
