The location is perfect, since there is a direct connection (elevator) with the village uphill, and there is plenty of free space where to leave the car. The room was simple but comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. And the TV was a smart TV, with an optional NETFLIX, which I appreciated.

A hotel must be judged at what it promises, and the value for money. This is a simple, 2* hotel, not fancy, not cozy, without pretensions. Functional and to the point. And yet it excels in that category. So, nothing negative or missing to mention.

The reception is ran by the bar staff and sometimes they take ages to pay attention to it. We waited over 30 mins to ve able to do the check-in, just waiting at the desk (the staff was there, they just ignored us as they were busy at the bar)

The hotel is located next to the train station and only a ten minute walk to the town centre. The bed was very comfortable and my small balcony had a lovely view of the mountains surrounding Puigcerdà. The bathrooms are modern with great showers. Also, they let me bring my bicycle into my room which for anyone that cycles, having your expensive bike safely in your room with you, is always a relief.

Only to say something...sometimes you can hear noise from people in the hallway as the doors to the rooms are of low quality.

Comfort, cozy and clean room. I like scandinavian minimalism design. Friendly and supportive staff. Hairdryer in the room. Good location.

There was no fridge but it is possible to use fridge in the bar. Sound-isolation is not good enough and it can be quite noisy. The door from the hall to the stairway due to the open/close mechanism was very noisy sometimes, maybe it can be fixed. The hotel can be close at night which I didn't know or missed this information and that pin code should be used if so.

Right next to the train station, 10 mins walk to the centre (uphill but there is a funicular )Also the bus to Llivia occasionally stops next to the station

No soap provided in the bathroom. When I asked, I was told it’s not provided, only shower gel so I went and bought some. Not what I expected for €50 a night. Also the shower was good however, the shower ‘door’ isn’t long enough, it’s not an actual door so water goes on the bathroom floor and with no window it’s not ideal.

Very comfortable beds. Excellent central heating. Good location, close to station and a short walk up via steps of funicular & lift to lively town centre. Puigcerda is an interesting town to explore. Clean. Parking in road. We did not have breakfast. There is the option in the bar downstairs.

No plug in basin.

50m from the train station, ample outdoor parking on the doorstep, easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés and bakeries / shops, very friendly and helpful staff.

The wifi was hopeless - although according to the staff, this is an issue in the whole town (not sure why this has to be, as one single household-gauge fibre-optic cable can supply a million-plus end terminals several times over with >100mbs bandwidth).

Great location right by the train station. They didn't bat an eyelid at us taking our wet bikes up into our rooms. Nice, clean rooms. Good value for the price. Nice shower.

The woman working at reception and also in the bar dow stairs where we had breakfast was sometimes friendly but sometimes quite stand-off-ish. The rooms are quite small. But in general good value for money.

Nice & close to the station at a very reasonable price, & the bed was comfy. Easy walk into town using the funicular & lift (for free) close by. Receptionist was very friendly & spoke a small amount of English.

I travel frequently for work and stay in a great variety of hotels. My room at the Hotel Terminus has to be one of the cleanest, not only visually but also the aroma of freshness on entering the room, that I have encountered. I would like to emphasise the work of the housekeeping staff - excellent!!
