All of the staff are super attentive, helpful and excellent at their jobs. Our rooms were cleaned daily and left spotless. Beautiful hotel with lots of facilities including a spa, which unfortunately we didn't use, but it looked lovely. The pool was really nice and the perfect temperature on a hot day. The hotel is in quite a remote location but easy to get a taxi called at reception and it's actually quite nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle. Overall we loved the peaceful aspect of the hotel and we will definitely be back again one day!

The only downsides we found were the fact there isn't much to do for families with kids other than go to the pool during the daytime. And there aren't many food options for vegans at breakfast and dinner so I was mostly eating just salad and bread, but the chefs are quite accommodating and if you ask them directly they will cook you something like tofu or tempeh. We couldn't find any restaurants with vegan options in a close range either so that was a bit of a struggle but since we were only there for 5 days it was manageable.

breakfast very well as usual. First year we missed the smoked salmon, which allways was available the previous years. No big deal though. The room clean and spacious. We liked the spa, especially the Magnum. The staff friendly and helpfull. Dinner (buffet style, only fridays and saturdays) not bad at all.

Unfortunately they increased the price for the dinner with 20%, compared to previous years. We found that this increase was not worth it, and the food was a little less of quality compared to other years.

Everything was great! The room was super clean with a very comfortable bed and a nice view. The towels and the bedding smelled really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of the best breakfasts you can have. Amazing coffee machines with capsules. The SPA at the hotel was good but the option to choose Magma SPA was something extraordinary. The complex also has a nice parking lot. We will definitely come back!

Amazing Catalan breakfast, outdoor pool and gardens, beautiful building, beautiful spa. Staff was helpful. Tons of space indoors and outdoors, the place doesn’t feel crowded

the r interior decoration did not make the place feel cozy because of the materials it has been built (metal and glass). It makes the place feel very cold, and this does not match with how the place is in reality

Basically, everything else was good. The location, the amenities, the breakfast, and the magma spa centre that's near the hotel is definitely worth a visit.

The dinner is 40€ per person, and while the dinner itself is pretty good, it's definitely nowhere near worth the money. The problem is there isn't any good alternative anywhere near, so you're sort of out of options.

Both the spa and the nearby spa magma were great experiences. The bed was comfortable and the property is beautiful.

I understand early check in is not guaranteed but we arrived two hours before check in and they said they would let us know when our room is ready. We were sitting in the lobby close by and they never followed up. it’s as if they wanted us to wait until 3pm on the dot to check in. It seems silly at an isolated hotel like this where this is not a lot to do while you wait. It was not a good welcome to the hotel. Dinner buffet also was a bit over priced.

The bar menu was limited & the buffet restaurant was only available at weekends No sun loungers at the pool area (the weather was good even in Nov) Bed was 2 pushed together which was a bit uncomfortable Room had zero view only a roof top

fabulous breakfast and thought the 40 euro gourmet dinner was excellent value with free wine ! We will certainly be returning to this establishment ! great staff and a peaceful secure location for travelling north or south !

The rooms are beautiful, nice and clean, perfect to enjoy the room and have a good rest. Breakfast is incredible with lot of local food, which are very high quality The Spa is small, you need to reserve when doing the check-in to have place because its limited on number of people to go in.

You need the car to go to everywhere... not really a problem as we already knew that

Exception building in excellent state both inside and outside. Bedroom was luxurious and very comfortable. Staff we interacted with were polite, considerate and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice. Didn't use the restaurant for dinner but had snacks from the Bar menu and sat on the terrace. We were impressed by the quantity and quality of the salad and ham/cheese board, and the price. A decent bottle of wine was 21 euros. Grounds were in excellent condition.
