everyone was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. the beds are very comfortable, the room has blinds so 0 sunlight comes in, and also has double doors the windows so no noise from outside. The rooms also have double doors on the hallway so you hear 0 noise from inside the hotel. All in all everything I this hotel has been perfectly designed.

the spa was a little bit overcrowded NOTE TO EVERYONE COMMING TO SPAIN: it's is a national Law that the AC's Max Low Temp is 24⁰C, so if you are coming in on hot weather, it's no use complaining about the hotel when it is not their fault, it's the law. Everywhere in Spain

The staff was super nice, especially the "Cafeteria" lady (Natalia, if I'm not mistaken). The room was very spacious and comfortable, it had window shutters that blocked all the light, and the Minibar was well stocked. The spa area was very nice and quiet, seeing as you have to book a time to use it (the hot beds area was super relaxing). The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and everything was very tasty and constantly restocked by the staff. The gym was also well equipped. The hotel is very close to a beautiful beach and there is a very nice Italian restaurant nearby (Sorrento).

It was a little on the expensive side, especially if you want spa access. The restaurant dinner hours begin a little too late for us (20:30). It would be nice if they had more vegetarian options.

The Spa was excellent, clean, open and super relaxing. The breakfast options were good and the food was delicious. The building was classic and elegant, with all the expected modern amenities without losing it’s older charm.

The hours that the bar kitchen is open are too strict, we would’ve liked to have the option to eat earlier or later.

Great experience, very nice staff, good facilities with large areas spread all over the hotel (both inside and outside), very close to the beach, but not too close to hear all the noises from the main road.

The pillows can be "improved" and more attention to the bathroom cleaning will always be a plus.

we booked through booking .com with breakfast included , but the hotel said the price we paid did not include breakfast,most disappointing . reported this to booking .com with no response.

Location and staff

Stayed three 10 years and 15 years ago. Disappointed in change in residents bar from a nicely furnished quiet area to a noisy cafeteria, with loud tv. Changes to spa area also not an improvement

Very nice SPA hotel close to the beach in Sanxeno, huge comfortable bed and good breakfast. Good value out of season. Parking nearby

All good. No problems. Lots of security questions on arrival, with new Spanish rules.

good breakfast, confortable room and bed excellent spa diversity of things to do, allows kids in some parts and some hours which is perfect to benefit all costumers. Highly recommended.

I likes the hotel in general staff were very helpful, rooms and bathrooms a good size and the facilioties are very good. We went out of season and the price we paid was reasonable.

The hot part of the breakfast could be better. It seems the eggs are cooked left to go cold then are heated by the buffet lamps. An egg station would be better where they are cooked fresh. The steep incline going up the hill to the hotel.

Decor was nice, although dining could do with updating. Spa was great!

The casual dining area was poorly manned, and very limited options for people arriving after lunch has concluded and prior to dinner which commences at 21:00 hour (9pm).
