To begin with, the staff is fantastic and consistently goes above and beyond, especially Isabel at the reception. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean and pleasantly scented. The breakfast offers a great variety of high-quality products. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our water closet was cracked, but once we informed the staff, they promptly moved us to another room. Despite the initial issue, the way the staff resolved it turned the experience into a positive one.

The room was quite big and, even though it faced the road, it was very quiet. Renovated WC, very clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety and homemade cakes. It also had a section for celiacs, which was nice to see. The swimming pool was great and big enough for everyone! The hotel is a short walk to Lanzada beach, which is worth a visit.

The room we stayed in wasn't the room I thought I had booked. There was no fridge in the room, which would have been quite convenient as temperatures were very high.

Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very complete. The staff is also really nice.

There wasn’t anything we disliked. We would give a 9.5 but it’s not possible so we didn’t give a 10 only because there’s no air conditioner and the location isn’t the top top. But if you’re with a car it was fine for us!

Nice room. Lovely breakfast with gluten-free options! and the pool across the road was good. The beach isn't far and was stunning. A surfer's paradise. Some great restaurants near the beach too.

A bit noisy, especially around the pool.

The hotel was on a great location near the beach and the staff was very nice and always available to help when needed. The room was very clean and the breakfast was ok. The pool was located outside the hotel and was also very clean. Overall it was a pleasent stay with a good value for money.

really lovely Receptionists who were helpful and friendly- they suggested storing our bikes in a secure outhouse rather than in the carpark. carpark is secure, shaded and spacious, opposite the hotel. The breakfast was varied and generous.

it had obviously been much livelier in the past - the bar was on request only and despite a really lovely courtyard and vast amounts of seating inside with pool table etc, we were the only people using it.
