Great location on sea front. On bus route to town and bus / train station. Apartments exceptionally clean, well designed and well equipped. Staff helpful and professional. Hotel facilities such as TV lounge, reception, coffee shop you often don't get at apartments. Has lift. Staff available 24 hours via WhatsApp when reception closed. Excellent communication. In addition to 2 key cards, we were also given a code to open our room and front door - no cards lost at beach! Safe in room available at no additional cost. Welcome pack with washing up sponge, cloth and sachet washing up liquid. Bed made up as large double as requested. When things went wrong, staff responded quickly and appropriately. For example, the shutter to our balcony broke. Someone came to look at it within 5min of it being reported. Engineer arrived, stripped it down and repaired it later same day. Very impressed. Room service every day was of high standard. Only changed towels when left in bath to reduce waste. Plenty of hot water. Loved having a bidet!

Nothing really. Loved the apartment. However, water was very hot so could have been a risk to children; no non-slip surface in shower; no electric kettle but there was one of those wasteful pod coffee machines we didn't use. No chopping board to cut vegetables and fruit. Would have preferred a few more glasses. Only 3 supplied.

Great place, super easy, super clear self-check-in, very clean, well lit, comfortable accommodations, comfy bed, good pressure in the shower, clean and well equipped kitchen. And the location is incredible, just half a block from the beach. Great little balcony too and wonderful light!

My only complaint, and it really is quite a minor one, is it while there is a coffee maker in the room, they want you to pay a Euro at the desk for pods, and by the time we checked in there was nobody on the desk.

It would be hard to find a better location in Villanova. The room was great, and the staff was as well. The front receptionist is only there for limited hours, but she is extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help us.

Parking can be really rough. On the weekend, the street parking is full, and the hotels underground parking is the tightest experience I have had. It is very difficult to get a car in and out. If you have anything larger than a compact car, do not attempt. Off weekend, you can get a multi day parking pass in the green or blue areas for a reasonable fee. Initial cleaning on arrival was less than great. Everything looked fine superficially, but my wife found trail mix scattered in the corners.

Staff were extremely helpful and service focused. Great Cafe under hotel with amazing breakfast. Bed and room were extremely comfortable and clean with a spacious sofa/kitchen area. We had a lovely bath too one morning with very hot water. Good size balcony, big enough to sit on and had an ashtray. Couldn´t fault the place.

We stayed on a fiesta weekend and I think the gym underneath had some construction works going on from 9am Saturday morning. Annoying when wanting a nice quiet morning but wasn't really anyone's fault.

The room was great! Plenty of space, nice little kitchen with just enough things (plates, cups, forks, knives, utensils, clean-up stuff). 2 separate spaces, nice, big bathroom, place to sit (we sat on the sofa and watched olympics). Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the beach.

A little bit far from a supeemarket or the restaurants in the tiwn center (15-20 minute walk). The extra bed was under a shelf. The parking entrance was terrible, especially if you have a bigger car. If you come off-season you may want to try to park on the street. For us the parking worked, but my husband has lots of practice and I could also assist.

Clean, adequately equipped, exceptional and friendly staff. Easy, free parking on the street during the time we were there (mid-week late April). Good wifi. Wonderful proximity to the beach. We’ll return if back in the area.

Our room was just above a fitness/weight lifting gym on the ground floor that was noisy at times during the day (e.g., grunts, balls bouncing, etc.). Air conditioner was not working (but we didn’t ask for it to be turned on, so no real complaint).

This is a beautiful, romantic, small hotel located steps away from the beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with great beds for the five of us. Hotel is accessible, with a ramp and an elevator - good to know if you are coming with a stroller or if using any walking aids. The view from the apartment was amazing. Hotel is close to restaurants by the sea front and a short walk away from the train station, bakery, and stores.

Stairs to the loft are very steep and narrow - not a problem for young people, but good to know.

The location was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful; we liked the elevator and sloping entrance so you did not have to use any stairs to get in or out of the hotel.

The bar table and chairs, but we got a normal table and chairs on request. The kitchen equipment was somewhat spartan. In particular no board for cutting and no proper cutting knife. The height of the shower head could not be regulated, it was either high up or you had to use it by hand. In addition while using the shower you had to stand in a bath tube which is somewhat risky for old people and we were definitely in the high age category.

Very good location, close to the beach and restaurants. Spacious rooms.

A lot of noise at night especially on weekend. Scary to park parking garage (steep rump and tight turns). We were there during the heat wave and AC didn't work enough to cool down the room. No space to dray swimming stuff. We asked help from the hotel staff and got a drying stand.
